GRS is garbage. They screwed up the simplest of tasks in creating my order -wrong wrap on part of the arcade cab -various wood paneling had small splits -no admin buttons as advertised -only 2 feet on the single board computer, Making less stableReview from Tom S

Products are fine unless you have a problem. They don't want to deal with any returns or cost to them and will bait you into being abusive so they have an excuse not to deal with you.Review from Trevor C

I recently bought their 43 inch full size 4 player cabinet with pretty much all the options including the full art wrap. Ordering was easy and shortly after ordering someone reached out to confirm which art I wanted (I chose one of the art from their website) and what color t-molding I wanted. Everything I ordered arrived free of damage. Everything was packed well. When I reached out via email during the course of my order all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. This company is absolutely amazing. The full sized cabinet we ordered was easy to assemble and for me, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Also, if anyone has any questions, this company has ample assembly videos available on their website. Count me with the other customers that cannot understand where the negative reviews are coming from. Perhaps they're a victim of an oddly vocal minority? I am extremely impressed with their product. I had a great experience with Game Room Solutions. The customer service was super friendly and responsive (there were pieces clearly damaged in transit which was replaced immediately). I could use a little more clarity on instructions, but was able to get things together. Full size 4 player cabinet looks great!Review from Lindsey B

Not sure why these guys are rated so poorly. They sent me an awesome 4 player arcade build with minor issues (which I plan to resolve with them). The build quality is excellent for the price and was very easy to assemble. They have been very communicative with me during email correspondence. My only issues were a joystick top being the wrong color (which they will replace), and a fractured inner piece that wasn't their fault. I managed to repair it for sake of effort and time, but I am confident they would have sent me a replacement if I had asked. This is in excellent build for an amateur with minimal knowledge.Review from John G

AMAZING Purchased the 4CP Model, they worked with me on artwork, I asked a thousand questions and never waited longer than 24 hours for a response. I just don't understand the negative reviews here. Everything was packed super well, went together very easily. I did have some minor issues like the purple buttons missing, the yellow joystick not screwing on (factory defect not their fault), and I e-mailed them and 2 days later had the pieces to complete everything. I accidentally broke a wire while changing the buttons out to the purple I wanted, and they're helping me make that repair. The size of the thing is perfect for the room, it's loaded with games. Highly recommended. Tyler, Alvaro, and Tina were all responsive and took the time to explain every party of this thing to me. Amazing customer service, Will definitely be making more purchases including a pinball machine for my new game room.Review from Jason M

I've recently purchased several cabinets from GRS and I find that their quality, as well as customer service, second to none. The shipping was fast and the quality Rosa did on my build was top notch. I am now a repeat customer having bought a Ms. Pacman Partycade mod. The customer service was again beyond helpful. I felt like I should have been driving them crazy because I had multiple changes after the order as I hadn't been paying enough attention to details when I ordered the unit. One of those changes came, quite a bit later than the order. They were extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. GameRoomSolutions has again met, and exceeded, my expectations. I purchased 2 of the 3/4 arcade cabinets. First purchased came damaged and I contacted GameRoomSolutions and they sent side panels within a week. Pretty happy with the customer service, was skeptical at first with the reviews. I think they have gotten better over time. Also shout out from the graphic design department, they customized my latest cab and it's nice. I would definitely going to use them once I make a pinball machine or a larger cabinet.
