They sold me a car that after a month of driving had stuff going out, I paid for a drivetrain warranty that didn't cover Any drivetrain stuff and the repairs are more then the value of the car, the lied about it and then refused to fix it, if this keeps just one person away I'll feel better, I'm a single parent who spent my savings there and now have a yard car. They are now just super rude even though I have EVERYTHING in writing, now I'm having to contact attorneys and praying I find a car soon.Review from Josh B

I do not have enough dirty words to say about JT Wholesale Auto, Inc.. Long story short, bought a car last night from them - the vehicle looked great on Carfax. Upon driving 20 highway miles home, I noticed a really rough ride. I Googled "2013 Toyota Prius V Owner's Manual", it pulled up a link to the Toyota website, which provided a way to enter the car's VIN number to get the exact Owner's Manual. Come to find out, there were service records withheld that the entire gasoline engine and hybrid battery needed to be replaced as of July, 2022. These didn't come back on Carfax. After they informed me that they would not take the car back - less than 24 hours later, I informed them that I had already contacted my lawyer, and would be placing a call to a friend of mine at the BBB. After arriving there to return the car, the owner told me that I had no recourse, but that he could get me into another car. After telling him, "I've already spoken with American Express. They told me to return the car, and then dispute the charges." His tune changed. He then offered to take the car back for a $750 restock fees. I said "No. I'm not doing that." It ended with me agreeing to pay 50%/$375 of the restock fee, and he would refund my money.

This vehicle was in good working order at the point of purchase. When Mr. ***** raised concerns we offered to address the issues and attempt to verify if any service needed to be completed. Also, we offered to help him attain a similar vehicle at no additional expense. Multiple solutions were offered, and Mr. ***** agreed to pay a small restocking fee. We are not sure why after all our efforts and a mutual signed agreement to unwind this deal Mr. ***** continues to be disgruntled. We wish him well.
