    On July 4-7 2024 we rented a cabin from Broken Bow Adventure. We have been trying to get a hold of someone to no avail. Several of our family members came home with bed bug bites. If someone please would contact me asap in regard to this issue. We have sent several emails, left several voicemail since the 7th and no one has returned our call.

    We are due a $250 damage deposit refund. Upon arrival we needed to wash bedding and tidy up before even unpacking. We completed the "chore" list above and beyond so guest wouldn't have to do the same prior to enjoying their vacation. We waited the amount of days stated in email regarding time frame for refund prior to reaching out. Emails have not be returned and phone calls lead to un-returned calls. There have been several of each. We are currently only seeking what we are owed per the rental agreement.

    On Nov 21, 2022, made a reservation for July of 2023, paying $500 ($250 non-refundable deposit, $250 refundable damage insurance deposit). First by phone and then by email on April 14, 2023 - well before the 60 day limit, we cancelled the reservation due to health issues. Upon notification - again both by email and by phone, the rental company has refused (rudely) to pay the refundable deposit.

    I rented a cabin from them on July 21st. The cabin was ok but not great. He then kept my $250 security deposit with no explanation as to why. When I left a bad review on Facebook he said that he had sent it to me…. And then sent me $25.

    I purchased a cabin through vrbo with this company! I received an email saying I was booked and no money is due at this time. I called the company to update the number of people that would be attending and the manager stated that I was not booked and if I dont pay ******* my cabin would be released. Concerned I gathered the money and made this payment! One of our family members passed and we needed to cancel. I cancelled and requested my money back bc the cancellation policy states I could get my money back if I called before sixty days with a 250 cancellation fee. I called to cancel and now this company is stating no refunds when they took my money for no reason!
