Had call to come from ***** to look at Pontiac torrent we got vehicle was still sitting in spot for 2 weeks I know because of sales person comment on that so we walk out to look at it in a dark area sales person try to start wouldn't start then they brought out battery jumper still wouldn't start so we want drove to dealership for nothing 3 hour ride and tolls and 3vhour back home gas and tolls again the problem I had is I read a review from a customer saying the same vehicle was shown to them 4 months ago and it wouldn't start then apparently nothing was done about it .Review from Andreas r

Patriot is a scam. GM is a scam and a joke. You wanna get racked 10k upside down on your next purchase Patriot CJDR of Chandler Is the place to go. Hope you’re not the next customer this place takes advantage of. Take it from someone who knows how they do business. Also, the 5 star reviews are from employees of the dealership. They do stuff like this to try to boost a bad image from not looking so bad, or they will sit and push a review from customers for a better deal that I can promise you’re not going to get. Just check Google they do it the same way with them. Save your money and your time. Product quality is awful compared to many other dealers around. Patriot has a history of buying the cheapest of auction cars to sell to the public. They will tell you they are serviced and they are not. Patriot throws them to detail and placed for sell. Patriot will tell you the vehicles is marked 5-10-15 back of retail and it’s not. However Patriot CJDR will sell you a great bag of lies this holiday season though. Happy to see others have moved on from such a crappy company. Hope this review helps you to educate yourself and protect yourself on your next purchase.Review from Timothy D.

Sales & finance at this place is not a good experience at all.Failed to run correct vehicle on co-signer and my own credit record.Released with a vehicle for over 90 days on merely a pre-approval being told it was an approval.General Manager is a thief, as he refuses to reimburse for parts installed on the vehicle for proper operation.Review from Larry H

We boys truck and the first day we had to take back because the radio was coming apart but they fixed it and said they did a inspection not eve a week late motor started tapping so we took back and they said it was an leak in the exhaust but warranty would not cover it. We only had it 28 days we should not have to use a warranty. Tried calling sales person and manager not return call. Dont buy from them if you value your time and money.Review from Michael O

This dealership had a truck advertised for $33700 on cargurus. I figured that they would require me to finance the vehicle with them to honor the price so I specifically asked the sales person if there was an early buy-out penalty and the said, "No." After driving out of my way and wasting 2 hours at the dealership they would not honor the internet price. They tried with a starting price of $37,700. When I pointed out the price listed on cargurus they stated that it required a documentation fee of $509 (which is way higher than the state average, from what I've found) and I had to finance for a minimum of 6 months at 9% interest which would cost approx $1300 more. They would not even allow me to write a check for the internet price plus the doc fee - meaning there was no way for them to honor the price listed on cargurus.Review from Delmer S.

I bought a car and three weeks later started having issues with the transmission. They would not fix the vehicle. They said they would take it back as a trade in and refinance another vehicle but ended up not doing it after they ran my credit multiple times and ruining it. Buyer beware! They take advantage of people! We are stuck with a $16000 loan on a vehicle that we drove for three weeks.Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Chandler Response
