I have been coming here for years. You can see from my history I am a long time customer and I have also sent lots of people here over the years. I never had a problem when Bo was the general manager but this place is not the same. The shop manager at the Hyundai dealership on Hwy 64 informed me that my insurance company was charged for a new bumper and a new headlight but Collisionworx just epoxy glued my old bumper back on and didn’t replace the headlight. I checked invoice and I was charged for a new bumper and headlight. On 8-23-24 i picked my car up from Collisionworx. The car had to go to Hyundai dealership on Hwy 64 right after they finished to replace gear shift and sensor because they don’t do that. The shop manager at Hyundai immediately called me over to show me they glued broken bumper on that the brackets and clips were broken but they just glued old bumper back on. He said that was not right. They charged my insurance for parts that they didn’t replace. They should fix this or refund my insurance company for bumper and headlight. The headlight is the same one that was on the car before I took it in. It has the same mark on it from the impact. The general manager **** said that I was charged for a new bumper and a headlight but it wasn’t replaced and he would take care of it. When i went by to check after not hearing anything **** was very rude. I can’t believe a long time returning customer is treated like this. 3 months later and they have been paid and my car is not fixed. The dealership also had to replace sensor and calibrate which **** at collisionworx said they did but didn’t.

I had a car accident Oct 3rd and spoke to ************************* and they stated they would set up my car to be fixed at their preferred auto body shop. She made the appointment and I dropped my car off at Gerber Collision Works at ***** Hills on 71st Street on October 14. I called several times starting at 3 weeks asking when I could expect my car to be returned. The excuses (fired a lady for not ordering parts correctly) and lies (car is ready just waiting on headlight, waiting on radiator, waiting on brackets, etc.) have been rampant. I am currently without a car at day 53 and was even promised a rental car last week (that didn't happen either). Progressive states I have to talk to the shop and they can't assist me in any way. ****** keeps saying they need a different parts (3x) even weeks after firing the person that did it wrong. If that person ordered wrong and you've had the car over a month, any one with sense would go over the parts needed with a fine tooth comb and get it done. Not Gerber. I want my car back now! And I want to report ********************* (case #**-*******) for doing absolutely NOTHING to get my car back.
