We contracted Oklahome to build our house in 2020. They finished in July of 2023 and were $300000 over budget. Furthermore, they will ask you to deed your land to them (which is a mistake) and that their bank would take care of the construction loan and paying any leans on the property. This did not happen. Please look them up on OSCN.net before you sign any contracts with them. His previous law suits will tell the story.

I had thought I found a good builder to work for and was excited to jump in and start building quality homes. after 2 months into it I discovered I was only building to entertain Craigs ego at the huge cost to the buyers..he does a cost plus package and so the cost of his mistakes , which are many due to bad plans and supers mistakes prior to me, go to the buyer. Im sorry but excuse me!! Its not the buyers fault so why are you making him pay for your costly mistakes?? Im not talking about a few hundred dollars either. I witness gross conduct in the 10s of thousands of dollars pushed onto the buyer. But wait, theres more.In two months of being there he attempted to get me to participate in stupid building. What I mean is have framers tear down half a house to do something not on the plan and not called for just to entertain his ego! Five times he try to do this and I refused. I could not get away from that place fast enough. It takes him 2 years to build a money pit dream house while the buyers are living in their shops or trailers. The man is out of control with his ego! He cant keep a super there!I have morals and values and sleep fine at night. I have decided to contact his buyers and open up a can of worms And explain to them what has and is taking place.Unless you literally enjoy burning money for a hobby , I suggest you find a sane and trustworthy builder!!
