My complaint is the same as everyone else. I placed an order on April 24th, 2022. They indicate they should be shipping between 3 to 6 weeks but today is July 4th and I have made over 20 phone calls with either no replies, or now all I get is a busy signal every time I call. I have sent three emails with no replies so I have to agree I believe this company is nothing more than a scam. I wish I would have checked BBB before I placed an order with this company, as they now have $157 of my money. There has to be some way to shut this business down so they cannot scam other customers.Review from Jackie D

Placed an order May 6, 2022. Have asked for an update three times with no response. I even gave them an extra $7.99 as a requested tip to no avail. i am going to contact Amazon to ask them not to offer Amazon pay for this business! Too bad. it makes me not want to trust businesses operating on Facebook. Sad.

Poor customer service. No one will call u back. My order is over a month late past the 6 weeks to make it. This was a special gift and I wanted it for the event. So the event came and went and no delivery of my order that I placed April 10th. It's now June 21st. I wanted a refund but their web site says no refunds. I have text ,called,and emailed the company. No one will get back to u. I believe this is a scam and I hope other customers see this review and dont order anything from this company. I have filed a BB complaint also to help others and now I find there are other BB complaints on file already. Please save ur money or u will be like me out $100.Review from Charlene G

I ordered on May 2, 2022 a 16 inch name sign, paid for it, for a wedding gift. I expected to get it in time for the wedding & alloted the 4 to 6 week process time as said on my confirmation email. It is in the 6th week now. At 4 weeks I started emailing the *************** ever received back was a generic email stating orders take 4 to 6 weeks. I have emailed them many times with no success. I have called so many times & left messages with no reply and now it goes straight to voicemail. The are a horrible company and terrible customer service & even if you want to cancel your order for s refund, there is no way to do th hat because they will NOT communicate with you! I ordered a product from ****** metal work in April 18 and I havent heard from them at all. Tried to call the company but I only get the answering machine. I am very disappointed. They should not be advertising on ********* I feel like I have been taken advantage of. They took my money but no product that I ordered.Review from Brenda M
