    First off let me start with this company should not be in business. Especially with reading the reviews after my horrible experience. They take your money and run with it! Horrible explanations on how the process works along with unethical business practices. They charged my bank account without my permission and took my money without providing ANY software, services or hardware. They talk up the company like its the best thing sense sliced bread, take your money then never send you anything then make excuses on to why.

    This company took $300 right out of my account for a infrastructure fee. I am a small business with very low revenue from just starting out. So not only did they chargr me 3.3% for each transaction they also just took $300 additionally. They were rude and I canceled my service. There are other merchants out there better than Heartland. These folks are unprofessional and obviously struggling keeping business, considering they just make up a infrastructure fee to take your money to keep their business going. ***.

    Was being charged 2.5% per credit card swipe then went up to 11%. Latest charge was $909.45 for 2 charges totaling $3500 for the month I quit them. Tried to resolve it but nothing happened. WATCH OUT!! Id leave no star review but doesnt allow me to

    Heartland pricing is not competitive. Responsive time is delay. For premium pricing you would think you would get better service and follow up.Highly recommend reading the contract. I was charge $295 for not continuing the relationship after 3 months.

    MySchoolBucks has a nice tone to it and which parent would like to see their kids go hungry? I was okay with them ripping me off until enough is enough when they raised the transaction fees to $3.25. I did not mind paying the fees because each time I pay, I think of my kids. Then it starts to **** on me that these scammers cap the max payment at $120 per child and kids goes through $120 in about 30 days. Now instead of handling money to these scammers, I am writing a check for my Son to hand it in instead. I am hoping for a class action lawsuit to expose this company for ripping parents off.

    The website is used my kids ******** school district for their food payments in *******. They mentioned about some membership for a yearly per kid but never mention for what the amount is being charged. When one my kid went for purchasing his food from the cafeteria it was mentioned that he did not have sufficient balance. This company seems to want to make money with no clear guard rails about what is the amount being collected and for what reason. I am not going to be using their website anymore for any kind of online transaction as they seems to be shady with the way the business is done. Not even worth of giving 1 star for this company for their way of doing business.

    Random fees appeared in my bills, not communicated to me. I had to call to find out what they were. I was enrolled for an additional $50/month service without my permission, understanding, or awareness. Additionally, their online payment portals are outdated and clunky.

    Just an awful organization. Do not work with these jerks. I am not surprised they have a 1.1 out of 5 stars. Like make comments below, we paid for services we did not use. When I requested a refund for services not provided, they told me the request was rejected because I did not use the service. Read that again, this was their logic. They are an embarrassment. Stay away.

    We're a dry cleaning business and used Heartland in many of our stores before. We closed one store back in ******************************************* and now 6 years later we found out they have been charging us fee from May 2022 to June 2024. They have charged us $4,676.75 (debited from our bank account) on our Merchant ID that we requested closing back in 2018 and had no transactions on the past 6 years. Tries communicating with their customer service and talked to 2 supervisor and they said they can't do anything except refund us the last 6 months (after many times they tried to avoid refunds).This has been going for 40 days now without any progress and no refund yet even though they claim that they will refund us 6 months but we should be refunded full amount.
