    Disgusting unprofessional company should be shut down by the health department! II wish I took more pictures because this is just the one rental and it isn't even everything from it!! The drip pan under the water heater was full to the top of pigeon p*** (this laundry room is inside the house with no windows so they must've been coming thru the hole in the ceiling) There were also animal bones in the middle of the pigeon p*** Mice f**** all over the top of the water heater and all in the house including in the kitchen all over the counters. HUNDREDS of roaches all over- coming out of every little crack in the house, it was like a real life horror movie! The whole place had **** carpet that was obviously covered in mice urine because the place reeked. I sprayed a couple gallons of odoban deodorizer in there.Every single rental we went to of theirs had roaches, mice, bugs, and STUNK. They were also really dirty and all of them were sticky. Some reeked of cigarette smoke. These places were so revolting that after viewing them we came home and undressed in the laundry room after, threw our clothes straight in the wash, and took showers after checking each other for bugs. Not a single one of their houses will pass a house inspection so I literally can't rent from them. I've already given them $60 in application fees and where they were reachable before, they ignore me now. They won't answer or return calls. They won't answer messages thru the website. They ignore me on their ******** accounts they use for business. One of them lists houses on her personal page and I have commented on her listings and she ignores that too. Sadly I used a prepaid card I got from something to pay my fees and I'm unable to dispute them but I will be letting everyone know what a shady disgusting company this is. Do not use them!

    I have been in contact via messenger and phone calls with **** since Aug 5th. The initial issue I had was that the name on the messages and the application didn't match. Explained things that were misunderstood as far as a property being yanked out from him and the readiness of properties sometimes requiring additional time to get authorization on repairs and maintenance from the actual property owners as we don't own them we only manage them. I have also been in contact with him about the refund requested and how that money doesn't actually come to our office that it is collected by the company that do the credit and back ground checks and I was researching and wasn't sure how to return his due to fair housing laws since his application had already been processed. To my knowledge he is still willing to rent from us if we find the right property that will allow him to use his section 8 voucher.  I have been in contact with him Tuesday and today this week in regards to other properties that *** fit his needs and his application and fee he already filled out and paid is still in effect.

    As soon as im able I can close this complaint. The whole process has just been overwhelming and it's felt like a hopeless situation trying to find a rental but I wanted to give this company another chance. I was going to cancel this complaint right after posting it but it didn't give me the option and said it's not an option in fact.
