  We purchased a brand new 18x80 manufactured home and this company was hired by the dealership to deliver and install the home on our property in September 2016. Fast forward to August of 2024 we noticed some leveling issues, so we called some companies to get the home releveled. After 2 companies came out and both informed us that the home wasn't set up properly and it was missing the perimeter blocking which has caused the outer walls to sag and the middle of the floor to bow up. I have had plumbing problems and possible roof problems that I have since learned that could have been caused by the neglect of not having the perimeter blocks under the home which the Manufactured Housing Association says is required on all 18 wides. I contacted ************ and asked about perimeter blocking on 18 wides and he stated they have to have them. I informed him that he was the one that installed my home and he has denied setting my home up or even transporting my home, even after sending him a picture of his sticker that is located in my breaker box that includes his license number on it that he put in there after they finished installing our home.

  We are very sorry you have had a bad experience. We have no records on this customer. As it has been 8 years ago. We have set many home for many years and have always followed the guidelines on setting the homes. We always give 100% to all of our customers. We have always honored our work for 6 months after setting the home and have had many satisfied customers.

  The name it would have been under was ******* *******. The dealer that we bought the home from was bell mobile homes, they was also calling theirs theirselves ******** ******* at that time but all my paper work shows bells mobile homes. Also I have attached the sticker that is in my breaker box showing that ********* is the one that set the home. I spoke to MHA of Oklahoma in Okc,Ok and they had stated that "that sticker is all the proof needed to prove that, that is the company that set the home".

  I remember speaking with ******* the beginning of Aug. 2024 regarding her home set. We did not deliver and set this home for her. We just helped her fix the problem. I don't know who the original installer was, but it was not ****** ****** **** *******.

  I would like to know the license number and I can possibly look up what company it is.
