  Report number: **** Report date : 04/13/2023 Inspector : ************************* Dear *****************,I am writing you to let you know that I'm disappointed in the home inspection you performed for me on April, 13, 2023. This was the second home inspection you performed for me. The reason it was the second was because of the excellent service and information you provided with the first home inspection on a different home. Which lead me to another home, in which I requested you to inspect on April 13, ********************************************************************************* Unfortunately the second one was a lackluster inspection. I'm extremely disappointed with it. First off the exterior door for the master bedroom was so rotten in the lower right corner that a dog could push their way through. That door had no storm door to keep the rain from beating down on it over the years. Next I had random wires sticking out by the floor board in the master bedroom closet. In the kitchen, the wall next to the fireplace had ******************* sticking out with no cover. The electrician I paid to come out capped them and placed a cover over them for safety. The dishwasher in the kitchen had a s**** that held the door closed. I removed the s**** to find the inside of the dishwasher completely covered in black mold. Also in the kitchen behind the cabinet doors next to the window there was a three foot by two foot hole in the wall that had to be sealed due to the mouse infestation. Mouse droppings were found all over the kitchen and the two spare rooms. Now on to the spare rooms. Since moving in we have had two fires. The fires were from the 220v receptacles in the spare bedrooms. Two out of three in the front spare bedroom were 220v. I had know idea about them until my young son plugged in his electronics. In the front bedroom we lost a TV, and a Xbox along with the surge protector that caught fire. The back spare bedroom had two out of two 220v receptacles. In the back bedroom we lost a TV and a ******** switch along with another surge protector that caught fire. I have had two electricians come out and fix the problems. I had a ********* come out and fix the exterior door for the master bedroom and the 3'x2' hole in the kitchen. I also had a cleaning company come out and thoroughly clean the home. They found two mouse nest, one in each of the spare bedrooms. I don't understand what happened on April 13, 2023, but that was by far the worst home inspection I have ever had.
