2-16-2024 I paid this business 800 with the promise of bringing him 400 the next Friday. I did this on the 23rd as promised. I made another 250 payment on 3-23-2024. On 4-25-24 the car got hot and upon checking further I discovered someone had poured liquid glass into the engine to seal everything up in the engine. I reported this to the owner and he all but straight called me a liar. I took pictures and told him to come get the car on May 11,2024. He has not Picked up the car and is even wanting me to pay for it. I have two adult disabled children and this is my only way to work which is a 60 mile round trip. I missed two weeks of work and had to use all my vacation days for this year trying to fix this.

this is *********************** of T or T Auto Sales replying to a customer complaint from ***************************.
I sold ***************** a 1997 Dodge Intrepid. This car was sold AS IS on 2/16/2024 for $800 down and he
took possession of it on 2/23/24 He paid $400 (Which was the remainder of his downpayment) on 3/22/24
he made his first payment of $250 on this day the wife said "Car was doing Fine"
They returned on 4/19/24 and picked up the title, nothing was said about the car and he said he would return
in a few days and make another payment. A few days passed he called and said the car got hot on the
way home from work, he said he had been having to put water in it every 2 days ( but he would have
had to run it out of water and it got hot and he did not tell me this until after it got hot) He put a water
pump on it and said there was orange stuff in it (chrysler products use orange antifreeze) He then
accused me of putting liquid glass in the engine, which I did not do! I told him that if it had liquid glass in
it then it would have white stuff everywhere. He sent me a text 5/13/24 ( I tried to return a call he didn't
answer) He said the car had liquid copper in the engine and wanted his money back. In the text he said "
I dunned him for a payment but what I told him was he could take that payment and the next payment and
have the car worked on. I have never doped a car up and no car dealer is going to do that for a $800
down payment knowing it would not hold up and not get anymore payments.
My opinion is he ran it out of water and it got hot. Even professional never know what's going to happen
with used vehicles and thats why they are SOLD AS IS. As far as him wanting his money back, Im
losing more money than he is.
My Daughter is emailing this for me but if you have any questions feel free to call me
