  We hired this company to do several jobs as a construction team advertising they can do it all. Roofing , Electrical and plumbing and construction. We had couple buildings built iron they were great was contracted out. We had a trip to ****** and was told they would have the job completed by time we returned. So we paid them for the job. We were gone 3 weeks. Upon return nothing had been started and we asked why stated they got behind. Continued to make excuses then we were informed he spent the money we had given him and had to have an employee get a loan for rest of materials. Job started and we had to have it redone several times due to quality of work. They then kept having excuses not to come. Had to repay for some materials that we already had paid for and due to him not paying some vendors for material when he was questioned he stated he would pay it back. But the. Kept refusing , also started electric and it was not to code so made him stop we found out they didnt have electrical or roofing licenses so asked for money back and they refuse. Have had 3 other people come to me since that he is doing this all over . He needs stopped and we are looking for an avenue to get our money back

  To whom it may concern,

  We received a letter regarding a consumer complaint against our company Triple J ***** S Construction from a customer we had done a job recently for, ***********************.

  Within this complaint, the customer stated that the project to their home was started, but never completed, but in response to this complaint, our company finished what we had verbally agreed to.

  1. Landscaper: The landscaper was paid at first through Triple J ***** S for the work until the customer added sprinklers, sod, and some rock work.
  2. The carport part of the job was completed, and the electrical work had been finished except for plugs and switches, but it was not finished because we were kicked off the property while someone was in the process of them. See below an employee hanging the lights in the carport.
  3. Incomplete work: All work was completed, and we had agreed to $2,400 worth of labor for a FREE paint job to the whole outside of their house to try to work out what they accused of not being finished. To offset some of the money that was said to have been overpaid to us.
  4. Timeframe: As far as the timeframe of the completion of the job, we had to keep waiting for the rain to quit. During the time that we had discussed the work to be done was the period when we could not work because of all the rain. You cannot work construction in the rain. So, the timeframe was pushed back until the weather permitted us to be able to work.

  Regarding this job, we had set up a meeting with the Weavers, to be able to sit down and work through all of the issues where things could settle down and worked through, as I have evidence from the conversation with them, Mr. ***** ***************** started getting very disrespectful and started raising their voices and began yelling and cursing at both me and my wife. Not only was it this occasion, but it has been and still is occurring.

  We would also like to address the constant defamation and disrespect of our company and us as individuals all over social media. Both have posted multiple times degrading us, our company, and our work. That all could have been resolved through a respectful, adult conversation. (We have the post pictures of this for evidence.)

   

  Along with this letter is a file of all the pictures of the work done, the audio recording of the conversation/meeting that led to the altercation, and a couple of the social media posts of numerous made.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  This response is unacceptable for recovery of any damages. We are attempting to have these repairs done in order to save what we can of the materials. The structure was beyond dangerous to leave as was. The electrical is having to be completely redone due to areas of concern. The total is over ****** to repair his damages and finish what he wasnt licensed to do in the first place which we were told he was. 

  I was finally able to get the response from this company. So in response to the letter they sent . First the job was never completed at all we have numerous witnesses as well as construction companies that had to fix the mess.
  1. Landscaper we paid J&S to do the retaining wall for ********************************************************************************************** and repair it. And haul off the timber from the old wall. The landscaper was in a wreck. We also have proof of this from the landscaper.
  2. The carport is still not complete as of today we had to have the roof redone by a roofer and the electrical all reran as it wasnt up to code. And they never finished any of the other electrical they were paid for . Yes we did tell them to leave when they attempted to get more money to have the work done properly by trained people since that is what we paid for. His help is not licensed for anything ! We filed a complaint with the *** and that complaint is active for doing fraudulent work.
  3. The work was and is not complete. The 2400 he is referring to is money we had to pay to his contracted help paid to him because he never paid them. Also never paid for the material for garage we had to pay which we paid him for as well. Then he got an extra 1826.63  for materials he said he needed and he didnt after speaking with the guy doing the work. In fact we had extra.
  4. So timeframe yes it had rained some but not 4 months straight we have proof of that as well and most of the work was under covering.
  5. His statement of meeting with us is true we were going over all the stuff that was messed up and not to code. My husband asked about the roof as it was not able to be completed the way it was put on the carport . He stated if you want it done by a roofer then it will be another ***** that is when my husband blew up and said just pack your tools and get off our property and we will see you in court . None of the work was safe or to code. We had the state inspector come look at it after we ran them off. He was appalled that anyone claiming to be a contractor could do this kind of work. But as he stated Oklahoma doesnt require contractors to be licensed. So nothing they can do however the electrical , plumbing and roofing they can and have also filed a complaint.  We visited with our attorney and yes we have placed numerous pictures of his work on social media to hopefully save another person from being screwed over by this company. Since that time we have had 16 other people here in this area that states this company has done same if not worse to them. So defamation maybe by the accord of his own work. That is all we have posted. And our attorney told us we have every right to post his work as it is all. Factual !!! We even told people they could come see for them selves and several construction companies that stated they wouldnt even attempt to fix his mess .  So yes we did scream at them as they wouldnt leave the property and I believe I even threatened them with calling the police.  We will continue to share his work as he did it he should be proud of it.
