I brought my car in on March 2nd. I had a fuel injector go bad so I attempted to fix it myself. Didnt turn out well so I brought it in. First they called me telling me its gonna cost $1.5k to put it back together. Whatever, I messed it up, my mistake. Took a little while which was understandable because they had to order parts. On the 12th was the last service related phone call I received. When I brought it in, it came with all parts, clamps, nuts, bolts, and the new fuel injector. Checked and double checked. They called me saying I dont provide a certain piece and that I had to order a new turbo in order to get that piece. I start looking online for 2-3 days, start spending more money to replace the part that they lost. Im calling them to get more info. Nothing. Leave messages. Nothing. Even call the big boss of the service department, *************************, and leave him a message. Nothing. I cannot get a hold of these people to get an update on my vehicle. On the 14th I walk in with new parts and they tell me they found the part they needed, after I spent more money after they ghosted me. They fail to communicate. Got the car back on 3/20 and spent about 3.1K. The same problem happed one month after I got my car back. I brought it in thinking they would have some decency and fix the problem that they didn't fix the first time. I stressed to them that I am moving my family across the country and they let it sit in the lot for 2 weeks. They didn't start to look at it until my wife went in to speak with them. They get to it and tell me its the turbo for a different reason! I order one, they put it in but I didn't get it back until 6 days before I move. That costed me $2.7k. I drive it for 2 days, same issue. I am now 3 days away from moving. These people are scammers or incompetent, and regardless I want my money back. They need to be held accountable. I former employee also told me some are not certified mechs. It is unreasonable to spend almost 6k in a months time.

I took my vehicle in for a scheduled oil and air filter replacement change on 12/19/22 at 9:00am Around 10 am My car is returned to me and I am charged $76.31 for the oil, filter and tire rotation. Nothing on the receipt states they replaced the air filter, which I ordered and paid for 11/22/22. The receipt I have been provided does not indicate the air filter was replaced.I call the service department and ask if the air filter was changed. I was informed yes, they just did not include it on the ticket. I request proof, in which they provided.I go to work remain there until 5:38 and as I get close to home the check engine light comes on. I contact the dealership and the service department is closed.I am about 5 minutes from my house, I pull in the garage and immediately open the hood to make sure there is oil in the engine. The first thing I notice is the oil dip stick is not completely in, nonetheless I push it all the way in and pull it back out.I push it all the way in and pull it out, wipe the stick with a napkin and to my surprise no oil. I repeated this process several times and the results were the same. No oil!!!I
