  My home needed the roof replaced due to a storm 6/2023. I paid Mr ***** ********************** on 8/16/2023. This was $414.90 more than he should have been paid. I informed him, and he agreed to deduct the amount owed from the depreciation refund I would get from my insurance. I have requested my invoice nearly a dozen times over the last 2+ months. The roofers also damaged my vent pipe and there is damage you you can see sky from inside attic. I am not getting any response from Mr ********************** about when he will repair this. If it rains there will be water damage. I need a refund of $414.90 for windows work not provided. I need my roof vent repaired. I also was told by Mr ********************** that he would give me $500 for each referral I gave him. He did not give me my 2nd referral stating that my roof cost him more than expected. He stated he would would provide me a form showing I have class 3 shingle on my roof. He has failed to provide that form as well. I should be paid $914.90 plus the cost to repair my roof vent issue. **** told me to file this complaint since I cant get this company to do whats they were hired to do.
