They failed to secure my vehicle properly and it got stolen, damaged and then they had the nerve of telling me that my insurance had to pay for their gate and tried to MAKE me sign a release saying that they are not responsible for any damages that occurred and on top of that they accused me of stealing my own vehicle these people are crooks and need to be held accountable that's why they have insurance

I made a payment for my auto payment on December 23rd. There was no one there but there is a drop off for payments that I was told I could use in such situations. I continued to visit and contacted this establishment over the weekend to make sure my payment was taken. Monday December 26th me and my fiance visited to find a gentleman who I guess was the detailer of this establishment who told us that this establishment was under new management. My fiance asked him to call whoever was in charge which so he did. ****** I think her name was. ****** told my fiance that she was going to head to the establishment and then contact us. Never got contacted a week later even after still visiting the establishment through the week. Fast forward to January 20th I go to this establishment to make Januarys auto payment. As I'm doing so I'm being told that there's been a repo set on my vehicle because of December payment was missed. Also that they have been trying to contact me about the situation which did not happen at all. When I was there ******* said the guy that used to be here is no longer here. ******* also said that he doesn't think the no longer person there would steal payments from the establishment. So what does that tell you. I'm 700 dollars of paying this vehicle off I've never missed a payment. I know this is a tactic they use when it gets ose to bring paid off. I'm willing to do anything to make this right inside or outside of civil courts. The owner of checker wrecker is also the owner of ******************. I will be leaving a review on both companies ****** review at this point about my situation.

******** stated that he threw cash through the mail slot on the door. Cameras were reviewed and did not see this happen. Customer was advised that this payment was not made, was also advised that if making a drop to use a money order not cash. ******** stated he had dash camera footage that proved he made the payment, footage was requested but never received.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I was never told about a money order or not to make cash payments. They should've had a sign to make a payment at a different location like they do now because someone else has quit. This establishment hasn't provided evidence I didn't make payment. The video I have of the transaction is for my purpose only in case of court issue.

    Sincerely,

    ***********************

If video evidence is furnished, we will clear the payment. If not then we have no choice because he doesn't come up on our camera and the payment was not noted.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: My video evidence is for court purposes if it ever gets to that. Such as the business threatening to repossess my vehicle.

    Sincerely,
