  My husband hired the company to do a plumbing/gas repair. We had no hot water or heat until it was all repaired. They came out quickly to do an estimate & figure out the problem, which is great. Took them a week to get a huge problem fixed but did a great job. When asked about the gas, we were told it would be Monday 2/12/24. When we asked on that Monday we were told they were booked up & to find someone else. We are going on two weeks with no ******** had to find someone else. When I gave them 3 stars out of 5 & explained on a review, they called telling me to take the review down & they would come do it. You do not run a business like that & get mad when the truth comes out.

  This is how the job for ****** and ********************* proceeded. We initially went out for a Drain Cleaning. ****** told me he had little money and we worked out and agreement to pay for the diagnosis digging of his sewer line in order to work on a bigger project. gas line was in sewage before repairing his line. We had to dig up and make a repair and get his sewer line functional. He paid us for this work, and the check went to the bank. It bounced rather than continuing work with this customer he decided to cancel to avoid his $1799 bill and we are still in debt $1799 by ***** and *********************** After speaking with his neighbors, both ****** and ***** live on a tight income, and apparently do this with other contractors who work up their home. We are not willing to go back out to the property because we do not work for free and we have already had a payment issue with this customer once before

  Hired to repair a leak in my water line on October 13, 2022 that was close to the water meter. They had to remove the plastic box that surrounds the water meter to repair the line. Realized on November 12th that when the box was put back it was placed tight against the water shut off valve and hindered the ability to shut the water off. An employee came out and re-set the box. I was in the middle of fixing another leak in the house when he finished and did not go check to see that it was done right. Trusted, as a professional that he knew what he was doing. However, a short time later, I went to turn the water back on and found the box was not installed properly and is raised way above the ground. I contacted the company again and sent a picture of the meter box but the owner said the shut off valve is now accessible and they will not come back to correct the box. I do not feel I should of needed to oversee his work for it to have been done correct and think the company should correct their employee mistake.
