    I agreed to buy a car from ****** and we agreed that it was missing a radio component (factory amplifier). He said that he would have his mechanic find, buy, and install one before I picked up the car. I came and purchased the car the next day. He said that the mechanic was still looking for the amplifier at a salvage yard. Its been months and all I get are promises. Im still waiting and now he isnt interested in completing his obligation. As they always say dont trust a car dealer and this case supports that saying.

    I test drove a nice looking car for my son & I heard a noise coming from the front end of the car, and the associate there assured me there was nothing wrong as they had checked it over. I purchased the car late at night as they had moved it somewhere after I put half down ( i came back with the remainder 2 days later). After closer inspection, there are numerous electrical issues. There had been an ice pack put in the fuse box to mask this. There also are alot of repairs needed to the front end of the car, deeming it unsafe to drive. I paid $3500 for this car, all my savings for my son's first car, just to not be able to use it. After confronting Mr Curtis ********* at Sherfield Motors, he told me he didn't even look at the car before selling it, even though i was told before that they had. He called his mechanic and his mechanic stated what was wrong with the vehicle, then said they didn't do anything to the car, besides replace a head gasket. The salesman (Curtis *********) then stated more things he did to the car, to which the mechanic agreed, in the same conversation. I have the entire conversation recorded. I was mislead by them and bought a lemon, and was told by them it's my responsibility to fix it. I am uncomfortable taking Mr ********* to court, as he has prior felonies for fraud in the state of Oklahoma and I do not want him to have any more of my information than he already has (my drivers license, address, phone number, date of birth), and I'm truly not comfortable with him having the information about me he has. He also offers payments for vehicles, getting more personal information from other customers than he did me.

    I READ THE COMPLAINT AND NOW TO ADDRESS IT. FIRST OF ALL I ONLY REPLACED THE TIMING CHAIN BELT NOT THE HEAD GASKET SO IF SHE HAS THE CONVERSATION RECORDRED SHE KNOW I ONLY CHANGE THE TIMING AND BEFORE THE CAR WAS PURCHASED MS ******** TOOK THE CAR TO LET SOMEONE LOOK IT OVER SO SHE STATED TO ME AND THEN I TOLD HER THAT SINCE I CHANGED THE TIMING BELT THAT I REALLY WANTED MORE MONEY FOR THE CAR FROM WHICH SHE SAID SHE ONLY HAD $3500 TO SPEND FROM WHICH MY MECHANIC WAS THERE THAT NIGHT AND I ASKED HER TO PURCHASE HIS PONTIAC G6 BECAUSE THATS WHAT HE WANTED FOR IT AND SHE SAID SHE ONLY WANTED THE MALIBU AND SHE BOUGHT IT AS IS AND SIGNED THE PAPER WORK FROM WHICH SHE CAME BACK ABOUT 5 DAYS LATER STATING THAT SHE NEEDED ME TO FIX THE FRONT END AND I TOLD HER THAT ITS HER CAR AND IF SHE WANTED IT FIXED SHE HAD TO PAY ME TO FIX IT AND SHE CURSED ME OUT AND CALLED ME THE N WORD AS SHE LEFT MY SHOP I WILL NEVER DO ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH THAT RACIST LADY AGAIN YOU MAY CONTACT ME AT *** *** **** IF YOU HAVE ANYMORE QUESTION YOU WOULD LIKE FOR ME TO ANSWER

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This response from Sherfield Motors does not make any sense. I was sold a car by this company that needed major repairs and Sherfield Motors did not inform me of such. It had no headlights, brake lights, turn signals, electrical shorts everywhere. The ice pack that was shoved in the fuse box by Sherfield Motors was a good indication of electrical issues, but I dis not find until several days later.

    The allegations made towards me are untrue. I have that confrontation publicly published.
