    I placed an order on August 15 with HotSheFashion through a ******** ****************** I received a tracking number for the items but it only ever showed that the item was somewhere near *******, **. Because I had not seen advances in transit over the course of a couple of weeks I filed a claim with ****** requesting a refund. I was contacted by the seller that my items would arrive by September 3 - and they did. However, the items were not as shown in the advertisements - they were cheaply made and overall about two sizes smaller than referenced. When I contacted the company about returning the items I followed all of the appropriate steps to do so. I received a message from the seller stating that if I would like to return the items I would have to send them back to ***** for a refund and in doing so I would have to spend an exorbitant amount of money to do so. Their resolution is to refund me $15 and I can keep the merchandise. I don't want a $15 refund. I want to send them their trashy clothes back and I want a full refund. If I purchase clothing in ******* I shouldn't have to send it back to ***** for a refund. The items were shipped to me from the following address: ***** (001) - YASFBARA, *************************************************************************************************** I have attached an image of the company's return policy but the direct link can be found here: ********************************************************************************* I have also included my correspondence email with their company. Also attached is my correspondence through ****** resolution center - which sided in favor of the seller because the items were indeed delivered after several weeks. Lastly, you will also find my receipt from ****** for the items purchased.

    I placed an order for shoes. I received them Friday February 9th, 2024 and have reached out to them as these shoes wreak of an extremely strong chemical smell and made my feet have a burning sensation. I knew right away this was not normal. I have sent photos but there is no way to obviously show a smell. I feel very strong about this smell and the effects and I have the entire bag in my garage. I told them they need to look into quality control as this is a health hazard I received a lame response with an address from ***** This is the principal of the horrid chemical smell and reaction to my feet and not the $27 and total $36.00 They need to be Investigated for this style of shoe and remove them from production The bag is from an address in ** I hope consumers stop using these online boutiques that fully know they are buying from ***** and not made here in the ***

    The item received was not item advertised (pictured). When I requested to return, was told I would need to pay $30(non refundable), shipping was to *****, not ********. Spent $50 plus tax and shipping for a useless shirt.

    I ordered 2 womens tops from this company on 12/6/23. The site told me that I would get free shipping if I ordered a certain dollar amount. I met the dollar amount, but on the confirmation email it showed that I owed shipping. It took a couple weeks to correct this issue. I finally received the items. The one top had ostrich feather trim on the sleeves, it was a pretty green. The item I received was not the same color and the feathers looked like a 1st grader put them on the sleeves. Not what I ordered. To return this item I will have to pay $50.00!!!! And it is yo be sent to ********!! The items were sent from **** in **! This place is not in the up and up snd is very shady! I want to be able to return these items without having to pay $50.00 and I would want to be refunded the amount I paid and to be able to send the returned items to a USA address. Hoping you can help me! Since ordering from them I have had my discover card hacked. I am waiting for a new card.

    On November 12 I purchased two shirts from this online store. I canceled the order the next day realizing I had previously purchased something from them and did not enjoy the quality. They informed me that the order was canceled, but have yet to receive any kind of refund. I have emailed over an over asking for a refund but all they will say is that the order was canceled. The money was removed from my account.

    I made a order on Nov 1th amount ***** $,Nov 10th the order still was not shipped I contacted then ,on Nov 14th I send a email to cancel my order and refund me my money, on 19th I email again to give me my money back ,Nov 22th got email saying they will refund my ******* to 5 days and now Nov 30th I still don't have my money after sending 3 more emails asking for my money, I just want my money back

    I ordered From this website in October and paid for express shipping. After I didnt receive on the promised date, I began Tracking and things became very fishy. A generic reply. We are shipping from another warehouse. Will ship soon. I asked For a refund because I needed To use money elsewhere and kept getting generic email. Will ship in the future. Cannot reach a person and they have since removed their store from ******** and Instagram.

    I received A shipment from this business, but the product came from *****, not OK like advertised. It is hideous and I wish to return and receive a refund. The dress is so thin you can see through the front and back and its supposed to be corduroy and wide as it is long. 
    I wear An XL and its way too big. 
    the blouse is XL and its too tight too get on. Very poorly made, cheap items that shipped from ********.

    Order has not been shipped. Hotshefashion promotes itself as a *** company and says it's located in ********. In fact, it's located in ***** and orders take over 2 months to come to buyers in *******. They only have CREATED a shipping label so that they could appear to have shipped the order. The shipping label was created 2 weeks ago but order hasn't left the facility. Other reviews of this company are all terrible.

    I placed an online order via Facebook website that Hotshefashion. My order was never received and I asked for refund. It has never been received. I believe this is a scam website from China. Below is email string. Order No. HSXXXXXXXX Placed on Nov 06,2022 Emailed them at *******@hotshefashion.com on 11-14,11-15, 12/10-12/14, on 12/14 they responded that I will receive a refund. On 12/29 I emailed against n that refund was not received and no feedback since. I told them I was contacting the BBB and FBI for fraudulent business practices. They do not have phone number on website.
