    My wife and I purchased a 2020 **** Explorer from them on 10/29/2024. During the sale, our salesman tried to sneak a service contract onto my purchase without asking us. I only found out about it when my bank called me asking if I was changing our agreed price. Then, a week later (11/6/2024), I found out that the vehicle's battery was bad and the tire pressure sensors were also not working. I called to have these issues repaired since I only had the vehicle for a week, but the dealership refused unless I purchased their $4,000 service plan.

    I **** ******** purchased a 2023 Hyundai venue from the dealership stated on march 30th 2023 at 6:21PM they had me pay two thousand dollars down said I was approved let me drive off the lot with said vehicle they contacted me 21 days later April 20th 2023 to come in to redo my financing then stated I was not approved I requested for my two thousand dollar down payment to be refunded to me and they have gave me numerous amounts of excuses and will not give the money back , the finance department guy Justin ( unknown last name ) was very rude and unprofessional hanging up in my face when I called and inquired about said amount !

    Clients money was refunded upon her return of the vehicles second key. The deal was not approved only after banks performed their internal verifications. Banks then informed us client did not pass their internal requirements and therefore were unable to fund deal.

    I am rejecting this response because:   Although the money was returned it was after I went above their heads and went to another dealership and spoke with HR
