This organization is not, I repeat NOT a company with whom Id ever do business again, nor is it a company I could recommend for any services. They have made promises they did not keep and have billed at least three times before the job was completed. It has never been completed correctly. They will not allow a person to explain anything and constantly talk over the customer. Their resolution is to call and harass an individual in an attempt to get them to acquiesce to their demands. On an insurance claim, they state they cannot charge more than the insurance company values the repairs yet they continually send bills above and beyond including work that is completed in an unsatisfactory manner. Avoid at all costs.

Str8 Up replaced our hail damaged roof seven years ago and did a good job so when it was totaled again this Spring I called and had them to replace it with the shingles of our choice, Titan XT, class 3 impact. Happy with the results, roof was installed properly. Old roof removed, new ********** barrier, metal edging, starter shingles and proper attic ventilation. The installers cleaned up when they were finished, job competed in two days and the final price was as agreed.D Hunter

Skylar ******* sales rep Quality material and professional installation. They do what they say they will. Sales rep Skylar was very thorough with inspection and knew what she was looking for. Showed most concern for customer satisfaction rather than just making a sale. Courteous and continued to follow up after sale. Very happy with the process.

Talked with Houston and was given a price. Asked if that’s the best they can do so he went and talked with Carson. Carson gave me a better price and I agreed to it and signed the contract. A few days before material was dropped of we received a text saying the couldn’t replace the solar powered vent fan. Carson called me and said they had quoted me to low and they didn’t want to replace it. I informed him I signed an estimate that included it so he agreed to replace it. I thought everything else was ok but after getting home on Friday I noticed there were several drip edges left in my driveway. I was told they were for a different job but all had the same work order on them. So on Saturday I got my ladder and inspected my roof and found that only one side of the house had new drip edges installed, nails sticking through gutters, old drip edges bent up, and missing felt from a spot on the roof. I am writing this for people to double check their work and to be cautious when using them.

I'm a first time home buyer and have never gone through a natural disaster before and have never had to deal with insurance after a disaster. I bought my home 5 months before the tornado came through Norman at 9pm on February 26th. At 11am on February 27 barely 12 hours after the storm people are walking around the neighborhood trying to get you to sign with them. A couple guys came up and started asking me questions about my roof and if I have filed a claim yet. Then asked me to sign a paper that allowed them to talk to the insurance company. THEY DID NOT SAY AT ANY POINT IT WAS A CONTRACT. This company says they strive for great communication, and they do, for the first week. Then you're lucky if you hear from them again. And before this company tries to reply and say how often they contacted me, I have screenshots that show exactly when I was contacted, how many times, how long the calls were, and texts. Since I hadn't heard from them in over a week I decided to look into a different company. I get a call from this company a couple days later stating I am under contract and cant go with anyone else. And "they would have people out tomorrow to start repairs." Mind you this is already 3+ weeks after the storm. No one came the next day, they came 2 days later, with no warning or heads up that I would be having this work done. I try to set up a time to call and go through things, trying to set up a meeting with this company is like eating soup with a fork. I eventually started calling the office and leaving complaints about the integrity of their company and asking for calls back. No one ever called. About month later I get an email with an invoice, that was completely wrong, and in responding to them, asking for a call to sort things out, they never sent an email back, they never called, they just mailed out a new invoice. I still have things not done that they said they were going to do and now I have to find different companies to complete the work they didnt.

Worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. They will not take No for an answer. They will lie about cost. They will put on the wrong roof (cheap) then try to talk you into keeping it, yet still taking the bank check at original price, which was never given a quote before they started their work Without confirming with us first, that is how they are able to put on that cheap shingles before you notice. We had them fix their Mistake, they did a bait and switch. Dishonest company. Now they are trying to charge us for it, extra cost. Also filed a lein on our property, even though they signed papers they would not. This is the **** GAME they will use. The bank notices and does not take/accept their paper work, so now they are taking legal action. We can take legal action also, and will report all this to BBB. We have months of documents and recorded calls. Shame on this company. Buyer beware. We have been on the phone weekly sometimes daily with their company and our bank. They will put in the wrong numbers even their address incorrectly on the paperwork. Every time the roof company submits paperwork it is INCORRECT. They also started on our home without even giving us a quote first, this is also their way of trying to give a higher amount to our bank. We will show our waiver of lein in court and most likely *** back. This has been a very expensive emotional roller coaster. They also damaged our bathroom ceiling and did not fix it. I am appalled with this business. I feel the People and their future clients need to know the truth about them

Excellent Craftsmanship! These guys do awesome work. They took their time and did everything right. When they were finished, they did an excellent job with clean up, no loose nails or any debris.I would highly recommend this company!

This company came to my door wanting to look at my roof, I told them they could look but no commitments. They came back with a bunch of pictures and said I had damage to my roof and wanted to call my insurance company. I let them make the call and they wanted me to sing a paper and again I told them no commitments, they said they needed it to finish my file. When I talked to the adjuster he told me that was a contract and I had 72hrs to cancel. The next day they came to my house again and got on the roof again so I was looking at this paper they gave me and it was just as my adjuster said it would be. I ran them off my roof and tore up the paper and told them to never return. Now they have called me every day even after asking them to stop calling me and now they want to send me a bill for their time. I didnt ask them to come and get on my roof and I dont feel that I owe them anything either. I think because of my age they are trying to take advantage of the seniors in our area. Please people dont let these people on your roof. Also what they found was nails and cracks,
