We had Integrity Home Renovators, ****** ****** do a $100,000 renovation on our home starting in April 2024. The renovation started off well with 3 employees doing the renovation. We were encouraged to have his workers paint the inside of our home instead of DIY. We agreed. Once the painting started , that is when the issues began with his workers. We stated at the beginning of the renovation process that communication with us was the most importaht. This quickly eroded with ****** and his project manager ******. The team he hired damaged our 1 1/2 year old refrigerator, denting the side, and a small dent on front door. He stated verbally and in text in Oct 2024 he would pay for the cost of the refrigerator which was 1955.20. In addition, the cost of new glass his workers scratched in the front 4 kitchen cabinets which was $134.00. As of today, Dec 17, 2024 we have not received the check for damages which has been 8 weeks from when he said pay most by the end of the week. His workers mismeasured cabinets handles on 8 cabinets, leaving unpatched holes that were painted over but not repaired. We will need to have the cabinets paid to have repaired. His cabinet painters left unpainted spots on the cabinets. He was supposed to to return to fix but was a no call, no show. This third painter stated that he was surprised that ****** and his crew would leave the sanding and patching of new baseboards, new door trim and new doors in such poor condition. His crew put new tile on the bathroom wall crooked and tore most of it out. There is tile that is not grouted. The brackets in showers holding glass is rusting. He was supposed to come out and replace but won’t fix. Our new mantle was not leveled, was “fixed” but has become unleveled again. We have photos and text showing us with our many concerns and issues during this renovation and have been sent to ****** with no response. Bad work. Want check promised and partial refund to fix cabinet holes and paint. So many issues!
