Horrible men that refused to do repairs that they said they would do and never got my title! Im not sure why but the car lot lied about the down payment amount on the contract and advised me to *** to the bank he was only doing me a favor I did not they never talked to me just go the letter about how and what to pay Loan was at united auto sales and the 2 month smart buy auto buys my car note for. United with no notice from either side I mail the payment as normal but of course it didnt go to the car lot and my payment was due the 18 and the 19 they came and repoed the car! I was told it was in excellent condition with no problems but the mechanic told me he could not let me drive anywhere because the tires were dangerously bad all 4 now the front tires were to be fixed by smart buy but only looked at tps sensor and told me I had to replace all 4 sensors but the car lot aside the would fix tire monitoring system and air conditioner but when their shop looked at it 2 he said the parts cant be found or will take so long and this was only 1st month! So when I was told that they repo lots of vehicles after the loan is passed from place to place so they can keep the car and resell it thus making several down payment off of 1 vehicle! There are some other disturbing issues that I am trying to address through proper legal channels! I would never recommend any woman go to thus place for any reason! If this isnt resolved in a day I will move to more legal avenues as well as reporting to *** and CFBP

I bought a truck on 9/12/2022 as of today I still have not received my title. I have called several time and left messages for weeks and have not heard back from Smart Buy. The paper tag is still on the truck and fees are added up with the **** I've also already been pulled over once and thankfully the police officer let me go.
