The staff always take good care of my vehicle. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had any problems with the care they give my vehicle. There is nowhere else that I take my vehicle to. It is refreshing to take my vehicle to a place that provides service and honesty like Norman Automotive.Norman Automotive Inc. Response

The best shop in town. The best shop in any town surrounding! The employees of Norman Automotive are trained to find problems and repair problems when they exist! Not make problems to make money! Jimmy is a caring man. Not just out to make the dollar. He cares about the people in the cars as well as the cars. The dads, moms, kids and grandmas driving down the road! He has a passion for the automobile which is what makes his business the one you need to visit for ALL the maintenance your vehicle requires! And let me be honest... the topping off of the fluids when I use all the washer fluid in between my oil changes is gold! I've never been turned away or told that my worries don't exist! I have always felt safe and well taken care of when driving out of that parking lot! You can trust Norman Automotive with all your vehicle needs!

Over the last few years I have come to realize that when I or my family has car or truck problems I can leave it with Norman Automotive and they will fix the problem or problems. I am not naïve, I feel ever time I pick the vehicle up, I feel like I was treated very fairly.

Family run small business with values! I drive from Edmond for the customer service here, and the honesty I get from their business. Have taken all our cars here since they opened, and will continue to use them for decades to come!
