- Additional Info:In March, 2023, the BBB investigated Vivino Group, INC business practices. This investigation was prompted by communication with the BBB Serving Western VA who informed us of a business in our service area that had unexpectedly closed their doors and has not paid their employees. Due to this business being located in our service area, our office looked into the matter and found that the business had filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy on 04/04/2023. As of April 26th, 2023, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. All phone numbers, websites, emails, fax numbers are disconnected, and all postal mail communications are returned to sender. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel and/or the Office of Attorney General of Oklahoma. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business practice's.
- Additional Info:On 04/04/2023, the business filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 (Liquidation) of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case# 23-60385. Those with monetary claims against the business are advised to obtain a Proof of Claim form by writing to Virginia Western Bankruptcy Court 116 N. Main St. Room 223 Harrisonburg VA 22802 for resubmission to that court. The case number should be entered on the form. Claims must be submitted by 04/04/2023
