Living at Parkview Apartments has been a nightmare. The management is unprofessional, dishonest, and neglectful. Maintenance: They lie about completing maintenance requests, even in emergencies. I’ve had issues left unresolved for weeks, despite being told they were fixed. Rent Payments: Receipts for rent are often not provided, leading to mistrust. The complex also adds arbitrary charges without explanation. Evictions and Fees: They file eviction notices 1-2 days after rent is due, even if you notify them you’ll be late. The late fees and rent charges vary between tenants, even with identical leases. Hostile Management: Management is rude, hostile, and retaliates when you confront them. They rush tenants out of the office, don’t respond to emails, and gossip about other tenants while you’re there. Pest Infestations: Bed bugs and roach infestations are ignored, and they blame tenants without checking neighboring units. Pest control barely sprays, and the issue persists. Poor Landscaping and Broken Amenities: The grounds are unkempt, and the amenities like the pool is often closed or broken, despite being advertised as functional. Negative Online Reviews: There are numerous bad reviews online, and management’s responses are combative rather than helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. Management’s negligence and hostility make living here extremely stressful.

This residents complaint/review is not even close to the truth. it is really unfair that due to trying to help a resident out and said resident not following through on what she stated she would do has resulted in this type of response. Resident is upset that things are not going her way. so I will respond to each allegation as follows. All of the maintenance request for this resident have been taken care of in a timely manner on our end. resident failed to be ready on several attempts to go resolve her maintenance issue. Rent receipts, she has always been asked if she pays in the office if she wants a receipt and one is provided when she wants it. As for payments dropped in the night drop it is not common for us to print one unless we have been asked to. As far as for the charges she is talking about they were for a patio door that she broke, which I set a payment plan up with her which is not our policy to do. we typically do not do any form of payment arrangements, but we heard her story and was showing compassion. as for evictions my record stand for itself, I have filed a total of 7 since I started here 5 years ago. I typically to not post 5 day notice to quits until around the 6-10th of the month and rarely do I have to file or do I file so that an absolute false statement. we take pest control seriously so not sure what she means by that. as for this her rent was due on the first of October, we have yet to receive payment as she claims she was in an accident, when she stated that she had partial I asked her to bring it in she told me on 3 different conversations that she has it and will drop in night drop but we have yet to receive it. at this point we believe she was just buying time so that we did not file the eviction against her. at this point she can continue to say what she wants as to there is not truth to it, she is retaliating against us because she can not pay rent and thinks by doing so we wont force the issue. as we told her previously this is not personal it is business. As for the office staff pushing her out of office and not hearing her out is false as well. we had a conversation in the office on Friday 10/18/2024, I the manager spent over 20 minutes talking to her to resolve the issue, when I realized that we were going in circles I knew conversation needed to end so I asked her to leave by stating that I was done talking about it. this again is when we talked about the portion of her rent she claimed to have and I asked her to provide it and she still would not.
