    I picked up my car 06/09/2022 after having the transmission replaced. I was charged $4,567.29 with labor included for what I was told was a rebuilt transmission. I had to keep calling to ask when my car would be done, as they kept pushing it back. Finally they said they were having issues reprogramming it. I immediately had issues and took the vehicle back. I provided video of the issue as it isnt something that I can just make the car do.I told them I had fluid on the side of the transmission and in the wheel well. They had the car a couple days before saying they could find no issue, even driving it almost a 100 miles. ******* though, I still had issues. I had to move back to michigan, and have been trying to solve this for months now. After determining there was in fact a leak and it appeared to come from a spot where a bolt is supposed to be. The trans mount had 2/3 bolts. I called the shop and asked, which they said yes should have all three but it wouldnt leak from there. Upon further inspection from a certified mechanic shop (paperwork will be uploaded) they determined that the transmission needs to be replaced due to a crack in the transmission that starts where the transmission mount is located. They said it was caused by the bolt being over tightened. I have called several times since this new info was given to me only be told 1( the guy who did the work was fired and 2( **** would call and discuss options. I have never heard back unless I call and again, just get told I would be called back. I am highly upset with this service and have given them multiple chances to fix this only to be lied to and deceived. I want my money back and them to do what is right and that is to replace the transmission they damaged.

    We are not sure if the customer has even called the ***************** We did drive the customer car several time as you can see on the milage report on the invoices. We never have a problem with doing what is right or helping with warranty issues if those come up. We have not talk to another shop about the customer car. As far that a bolt being "over tight" Will never cause an issue with on that transmission mount. And never even seen the test method the other shop used to check for being "over tight" The mount you speak about in this. Is a rubber mounted mount. We have never seen picture's or talked to the other shop to see if something else could have hit the transmission or the engine to cause this "crack" All Customers are given a *****. number to call for warranty Wich was never called is what they have told us. And we are 5 months into this repair and problem over a thousand miles/ We Don't mind helping any of our customer's. We just have to go down the right path for warranty claims.
