            Attached you will find a copy of the original reply sent to BBB by mail.

            You will also find copy of the dispute sent to the credit card company.

            This customer received everything we said we would do for him.

            We honored his warranty request for an item that was damaged in his

            possession several months after he received it. This was completely at the

            cost of our company. We have provided evidence it was picked up delivered to

            us and shipped back to him. Why we are now dealing with BBB is interesting.

            Had we not provided the warranty repair I can understand a complaint.

            The fact that we did honor warranty and fufilled our obligation and we are still

            here is a mystery. The next dynamic in this situation is that the customer is also 

            now in March 2022 disputing charges for the original purchase of the radiator.

            This is absolute card fraud and defaming of our business to blemish our record.

            I challenge the customer to provide proof that he has returned the radiator for a refund.

            No such evidence can exist because he is still in possesion of the item. 

            He used it last summer and fall. Now it is repaired and he's still using it and wants to

            tarnish us and keep the radiator and the money. This is no way to treat a business that 

            went out of our way to satisfy a customer. Copy the tracking numbers provided in the PDF's

            we have attached. You will see we have done everything right.
