    They sent my baby's ER bill STRAIGHT to collections without even notifying my insurance company (who would have paid it all) nor myself! They didn't even give us an opportunity to pay on it. After TWO years, they finally sent my insurance the bill, they paid it immediately, and collections took it off my record. SO UPSET as I've never been in collections. I pay my bills on time and would have paid this one if they even given me a chance.After 9 months of phone calls and getting the run around, it's all finished, but none of this should have even happened. I will not even use this hospital ER again just because of this horrible billing experience. I will never go back to Integers ER in *** again because of this horrible billing experience.

    Please provide additional information such as the name of the patient, name of the provider group/provider of service, facility name, date of service, and account number. This information will allow us to verify the correct account in question and begin our investigation to help understand and rectify what has happened regarding this account.

    Did NOT like this service at all. Bill was for an ER Visit 3/2023. First they sent ** text with no information about what the bill was about and expected us to pay. (We thought it was some kind of scam) Finally found out who the bill was from and asked for a really bill sent to us. After we got the bill and found out it was a legit bill, I tried to pay it on line. It would not work. So I tried to pay it from my phone and they would not proceed the bill unless I agreed to have them store my credit card number for future bills. What? I did not agree to that and had to call in person. Not sure if they really processed it right because I am the mother paying the bill for my 18 year old son and they would not give me any detail if I was paying the amount they had. I paid the amount I had on the bill and hope and pray they processed it right and I don't ever have to deal with them again.

    They Totally go out of their way not to give your money back. We called up and told them we already payed. We end up over paying over $500 and they finally admitted that we over payed. Had many interactions with them to get our money back and they kept avoiding our calls. Talked to a manager 2 months later and he kept making promises, telling us several times for many months that we they are mailing a check. Well, its been a year now. This company wants your money but when they owe the customer, trying to get them to pay is like pulling teeth. Very unprofessional and deceiving.
