            05/03/2023 I paid off ************** $154.75, United Finance $158.85 and ***** Services of MWC $170.85. I have 1 loan left to pay off through statewide corporate services which is Cash Express of MWC $405.00 as of 05/03/2023 payment last made of $10.45.I called them to confirm my payoff balances on 4/29/2023 and 05/03/2023 left a message at *******pm and *******pm Central time on ************.I didn't receive a response until ****(******) called back on ******** at 12:18pm from ************ to advise me that my balances weren't paid in full and that i still owe $98.55 United Finance, $626.45 Cash Express of mwc, $114.65 ************** and $83.55 money services of mwc.My complaint is in regards to their business practice of adding on more at payoff or upon. When I last spoke with *** who was my account manager she assured me that my balances at that time wouldn't increase since it had reached their corporate office. Refer to cfpb.gov#******-6085311 (02/2021).I also need written confirmation of balances due to avoid them increasing my closed account loan balances on: Cash Express of ************ acct#****** loan#*****, money services of mwc acct#****** loan#*****, United Finance acct#****** loan#***** and ************** Company acct#******* loan#***** all closed accounts in collections as of 2020 and up to date on payments with their law office statewide corporate services.The closed accounts should not be accruing interest and should've kept the same balances agreed to for pay off from when *** was my account collector. ******/**** shouldn't be able to increase my balances after I was advised by *** that I wouldn't have to speak with her anymore since I'm attempting to payoff my balances and never reopen any accounts or have to revisit any of their loan companies at all.
