    I purchased the Family sized MunchPak on 12/8/24 as a Christmas gift and paid $56.90 with taxes and S&H. The amount was immediately debited from my account. As of 12/18 the packaged had not yet shipped. I contacted customer service inquiring as to shipment and estimated arrival. They replied that the packaged would be shipped that afternoon but no response to arrival time. 12/20, I received notification that the packaged had shipped. No response from customer service on estimated arrival. I purchased a similar product from a competitor to ensure I had a product for Christmas. 12/26, the box arrived and still no response from customer service. The box is advertised as foods from around the world. The box contained 35% of items from the United States and are commonly available. The remainder of the items primarily originated from the Caribbean islands and included multiples of the same items. The box also did not contain the booklet of the different foods and the originating country. I received not response when I contacted customer service regarding the delay in the shipment and the gross misrepresentation of their product requesting a refund.

    I ordered a 12 month subscription in December, 2023. I have only received 6 boxes out of 12. I have had to send monthly emails asking about the status of the monthly box in order to receive anything. I am requesting a refund of $176.70 (6x$29.45) for the 6 boxes I have not received.

    I purchased a munchpak for a six month period. I went to try and cancel my order as I didn’t want a second subscription for Munchpak. When I attempted to cancel the website would not allow the cancellation. I reached out to the company. At the time they had changed their system which would not allow me to cancel. Therefore it charged my credit card again. I reached out to the company they confirmed it was an issue on their end and would refund my money. However, I still have not received my refund from their company. I have included my bank statement with the charge as well emails confirming this information.

    I signed up for a monthly snack box shipment in March 2024 (upgraded a prior subscription that had been going well for 1 year). Got the first box in the mail. Never got the second box so I reached out and they did eventually send the second box (is a monthly subscription for 6 months). I have not received any other shipments from them, despite reaching out to them on a few occasions begging someone to get back to me to discuss the issue. There is no phone number to actually call someone, only online messaging. With the first skipped delivery someone got back to me through the online messaging in a reasonable amount of time and I received my second delivery. But now we have not received any of the 3 boxes we should have received since then, and are scheduled for the final/6th box in August. I spent almost $200 on this service and am not receiving he monthly boxes at all anymore. I am disappointed in their failure to hold up the deliveries as promised, and I would like to warn others of their poor service and customer service. Something changed, I was very pleased with the service provided from March 2033-March 2024. But now I am very unhappy, and did not receive what I paid them for.

    Munchpak customer service has not responded to my calls, emails, and contact form inquiries for help. I want to cancel my subscription but my online account history seems to have been erased. They continue to charge me each month and won't let me cancel.

    On 07/01/24 at 10:56 ET I recieved a charge of $39.45 USD from Munchpak for an order I never placed (email confirmation attached). I did not make this purchase and have previous documented communication ensuring cancellation of any subscription from the service provided (over 2 weeks ago - email confirmation attached w/ timestamps). This has been an ongoing problem with non-delivered packages that I brushed off as bad management but this is fraud. I've reached out through two channels to Munchpak support and have they have not tried to resolve the problem. I've reached out to my credit card provider to dispute this claim and file a chargeback, but I am deeply concerned and frustrated having been assured my subscription was cancelled and being charged randomly without my consent. I would like a refund, a cancellation of services, deletion of my personal information, and formal report of this transaction/company to be made.

    I purchased a 6 month gift subscription in December 2023. The first box shipped to my recipient as expected. In March my recipient informed me they had never received another box. The ONLY method of contact I could find for the company was an email address. I emailed and after about a week I was told they had moved to a "new system" and my subscription didn't transfer over. Not to worry, they would get the next box on the way and "manually enter" the future boxes. The second box was finally sent. Now I was watching. April's shipping date came and went with no box. Again I emailed and waited WEEKS for a reply. The reply I finally got was the same story about a new system and being promised manually entered orders from then on. The third box was finally delivered. May's shipping date came and went with no delivery. I emailed them yet again on June 6th and as of today (June 20th) still no reply to my email. I have also tried reaching them through social media and an automated message directs you to their email. I can't even login to the website to review my order. The login doesn't work and a forgot password email never gets delivered. It's been 6 months since I ordered and here I am still fighting every single month and half of what I pre-paid for still has not been fulfilled. My request to refund and cancel the remainder has gone unacknowledged every month. What an embarrassment a fun Christmas gift turned out to be.

    In December I order a 3 month subscription for their snack packs as a gift. After three months the subscription renewed at 95$. I did not want it to renew so I reached out to the company in march (the 8th) and said I wanted to cancel. They said I could not cancel at the beginning of a subscription cycle but they had put in to cancel it for the next cycle. Then during that 3 months I had to pay for I only received one box out of the 3 I should have received. I reached out to them again stating this and they never responded. Then in May I attempted to access my account but it seemed to be locked. Then when I went to reset the password to access my account the reset link was never sent to my email for me to do so. I tried multiple times and reached out to them multiple times with no response. Then today, June 8th, I received another charge for $95 (another 3 month subscription. I reached out to them with no response and I still cannot access my account to cancel or change anything. Attached is the response in march saying they cancelled, an order number for a box I never received, an auto response which they never responded too, and the bank charge for the new subscription which they said they cancelled.

    Ordered an annual subscription in which 1 box would be received each month starting in July 2023. April, box was delayed in shipping until I reached out. May, never received the typical email that my order was being prepared nor shipping details, nothing. I reached out around May 10th via email and was told my order was delivered and that I should check with neighbors or family or call **** for help finding my order, but no shipping details or any other info provided. I've requested more info multiple times now, with no response. I'm no longer able to access my online account and the "Forgot Password" option isn't working, at least I don't get the email to reset my password. Now I cannot confirm if my membership is set to auto renew or not. Concerned I will not receive my last box and be charged for another annual membership now.

    I have a recurring charge for Munchpak and wish to cancel their service. I have exhausted all methods of recovering my password. I use the forgot password feature and an email is not sent. I contacted customer service and get an email stating there are system difficulties. I use chat and no one responds. I just need my password reset to cancel this service. I have been attempting to obtain this for months.
