Oklahoma Foundation Solutions, LLC deserves their five-star rating. Across multiple projects, they have proven to have excellent customer service at every step of a home's foundation evaluation and repair process. There was zero guesswork involved due to their wealth of experience. From their extensive knowledge to their high attention to detail, they take the best care of their customers. I am grateful for my interactions and dealings with them.

Oklahoma Foundation Solutions Five years ago we purchased an old farmhouse. At the time of purchase the dining room floor was only slightly unlevel. About 4 months ago, we noticed the hallway and part of the dining room floor had a 1 1/2 to 2 inch drop, making the floor extremely unlevel. *******, with Oklahoma Foundation Solutions, came to our house to assess the problem, and provided us with a reasonable price quote. ******* explained the problem, along with the solution to the existing problem. The next day, we made an appointment with Oklahoma Foundation Solutions to get the problem resolved. On appointment day, the box truck arrived with all the supplies needed to fix the problem, and the crew in their vehicles. Without hesitation, ****, *****, and the crew got to work. **** and ***** identified the exact locations inside our home where the beams and piers needed to be. This information was then given to the crew, and reconfirmed between **** and ***** through communication back and forth between the floor and crawl space. They used levels and precision measurements to be precise in the locations of the repairs. The team was highly professional, detailed, timely, precise, and thorough. The job was completed within a 4 hour period. My husband, and I would highly recommend Oklahoma Foundation Solutions for any foundation work. In fact, when we update the rest of our home, we will be using Oklahoma Foundation Solutions.

I’d highly recommend these guys if you need foundation work. Estimate was honest and their price per pier was comparable to the 3 other companies I contacted. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they finished, leaving it difficult to even tell where the work was done. They did everything they promised in the estimate/contract plus more. I even had an unrelated water issue and called the company to see if they possibly nicked the water line (again I later resolved the issue and it was NOT caused by Oklahoma Foundation Solutions). I emailed them late in the evening and had an email back from the owner of the company within an hour letting me know he would talk with the crew. The next morning by 9:00 AM I had a call from Noah and a crew at my doorbell who was stopping by just to make sure that there weren’t any issues. By then I had figured out my issue (again not caused by them). On the phone Noah explained that even though I had resolved the issue, if I found that there were any issues they caused they would 100% cover the repair. Fortunately, that wasn’t required as it was an issue with my water heater, not something they caused. This company does great work, but even more importantly, their customer service is top tier. There are probably a handful of foundation companies in Oklahoma that can fix your issue, but not all of them will have customer service like this.
