I submitted an enquiry online about some damaged concrete, but after thinking about it, I decided against fixing it.Vista foundation did call the next day after receiving my online enquiry, but since I changed my mind, I did not want to partake in a conversation. So I didn't pick it up.I figure they might call once or 2 times then move on.That was 3 weeks ago!!! They are still calling 2 times a day Monday through Friday. I don't know what else to do, I have their number blocked but they keep leaving messages, and calling non stop. Its been 3 weeks and I didn't even get any work done with them. I made the mistake of submitting an online enquiry with them.Give it up already, I'm not interested in fixing my concrete.STOP CALLING ME!

My experience with this company was very traumatic to me a single ******** aged woman! I give a ZERO rating. I paid over $4000.00 for 3 foundation piers in May 2023. The piers Increased structural damage to walls of my house. The back outside door would not shut completely to lock, the inside door facing was no longer attached to the wall with More Larger cracks in the sheet rock, and approximately one third of one entire brick wall was leaning inward. Over time, many pictures of the damages were sent to Vesta management and many phone calls made. An appointment was finally made for a manager to come to my house to access the damages. He did Not Show up for the appointment!! I have now spent over $3000.00 to repair the damages that Vesta Foundation Solutions caused to my house, and there are still more repairs to be made. **************Review from Krisiat A

If i could give this company a zero i would do so. After having 3 different crews out to our house to try and fix the issues that they caused. Vesta has decided they would rather take a loss instead of fixing the damage and we are now left with the cost of financing and our foundation is in worse shape than when they started.Review from Ron O

Foundation repair was done on my house except the kitchen in 12/2022 and they did a poor job. They came back 2 more times to address issues that was discussed with the owner, which did not get properly resolved.Concerns/issues:The living room area was raised more than needed which made the kitchen floor very uneven. No laser level was used the 1st time or the 2 other times they came back. The living room was never lowered to make it near level on the 2 other adjustments.The subfloor in the office room is now separating and they told me it was because the builders used nails instead of screws, which shouldnt be the issue. They also cut the carpet unevenly without a straight edge.The hallway has a hump to it where the girder would be (indicating that it is raised more than needed)I had to get a Structural Engineer to review the the entire house, specifically the crawlspace where work was done. Concerns that were found....1. Living room floor is higher 2. Main Load bearing wall needs a girder.3. Some of the s**** jacks are twisted or damaged.4. The gravel used for the s**** jacks was not compacted properly.What also concerns me is that a ******* told me the person who quoted the work no longer works there along with 2 out of the 3 crew members from the installation, then 1 that came on the 2nd visit is not with the company.Vesta Foundation Solutions, LLC Response

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner Will use to be a great guy. I referred this company to one of my customers it was a disaster. My customer could not believe that I would have referred him to a company that comes at you like a used car salesman. Run don’t walk. Good advice. I tried to reach out to Will before posting this not only here but on google as well. So here we are!

this company was to do foundation work, at the cost of $40,000, which included pillars under the house, wrapping the space under the house and putting piers at the two corners. It took them several trips to finish the wrapping of the crawl space, but it does work. However when they put the piers under the corner of the garage, the cinder blocks moved out and now it looks less stable then when they started. They did come in and put in anchors, going through the garage floor, but the blocks never moved back and it still looks very unstable. they "finished" about 3 months ago, never sent me a final bill, but then yesterday sent me a letter saying I had to pay up or they would put a lien on the house, I can send you before and after picturesReview from Mike T

***** and his crew did a 1st rate job. It was a little different problem. My brick facade was stacked on my front porch and over time the porch settled and I have a 1 inch crack completely across the front. The Vesta process of raising and leveling concrete worked perfectly. Closing the crack by 90% I can easily remorter the remainder. ***** and his crew are very professional and knowledgable they answered all my questions directly. The value of employees is not just know the job but actually care about the job, they do ***** has that very character. I am completely satisfied with the work and will recomend Vesta to anyone needing this type of workReview from Elizabeth H

Dealing with foundation repair is very stressful but the entire Vesta team made this much more pleasant. **** and **** are consummate professionals! They took time to address my questions, explained what was going to be done, and are very knowledgeable. When they finished, they demonstrated the results and cleaned up. I have used VESTA Foundation Solutions for three different projects on our large 112 year old house. I tried another company previously. I will only call VESTA from now on. It is rare to look forward to seeing the people coming to work on your house.I would call the VESTA team the pleasant professionals.
