  I have attempted to get a hold of him I have sent him a certified letter as well as emailed him a few times as well as called him he did work for me on July 12 June 7 June 24 all of last year ********************************** was install a fence and a gate the gate has already came undone he told me it was because of the weather which it was not it was poor workmanship he painted my house which I can see the previous color through the paint that he just applied when he put the doorbell on he used his finger to smooth out the texture that he applied instead of using a professional tool on his invoice it has accredited by the BBB which I have found out it is not accredited by the BBB he got paint all over my shingles all over the brick he painted in in the rain which caused the paint to come down onto the brick he did come and get that up however by my front porch he got paint all over the porch which when he got up its now two Diffe he didnt bother to get the pain up thats right by my window thats now on the foundation part of the brick every time I confronted him he would give me some excuse basically didnt hurt anything well it does it look tacky he ruined the bottom of my garage door when he went to cover it up so paint wouldnt get on the ground now theres a big gap in it the repairs he said he was going to make around the house like scraping the old paint off he didnt my paint is now beginning to peel when I asked him about this he goes youre complaining a year later no Im not complaining a year later I have tried several times to get a hold of him he calls me a bitter old woman I just want him to fix it or refund my money he got paint all over the insulation of my air-conditioning unit he got paint between the gutter and the brick which he says he cant remove because of the fact it would mess it up more he was very sloppy as far as patching holes he didnt patch anything he just filled it up with caulk and now it looks it just looks poorly done

  I feel like I did great work for this lady and only charged her about half what I normaly charge. After the work was done, we walked around and inspected the job things she pointed out was corected by me, she aproved it and paid me. Alot of things she said in her statement was not true. After the house was painted and she paid me, she wanted me to remodel her kitchen. After giving her a bid, she told me she hired someone else and is paying them $2000. more than what I quoted her. I thought about this then told her I did not want to work for her anymore. Almost a year later she tells me I did poor work and every thing is in bad shape. I feel like she is mad because I turned her down as a coustmer and now she is out for revenge.I did not contat her when she sent all the nasty emails because I did not want all the drama and arguments. I did send her a letter after I recived her registered letter explaining things. I feel she is a toxic person that is trying to get revenge by damageing my reputation and my buisness. Im not planing to redo my work or refund her money. She should have brought these problems to me during that time, and refused to pay me then. I have bent over backwards for this ungreatfull person. Im sorry it had to come to this.I am planning to shut my buisness down in the near future due to family health problems.

  I am rejecting this response because: when we walked around the house a lot of the shoddy work did not show up.  It didnt show up for a few months later. The paint not being scraped off showed up a few months later when it started peeling. The gate started sagging a couple times of months later. I trusted him as being good because he had the BBB logo on his letterhead. I recently found out heisnt affiliated with yall. I did point out many things to him but he never came back to fix them. I was not rude to him To him in my attempts to contact him. He refused to answer the numerous texts and calls I made. He got paint on the shingles.

  As far as the paint job, I was only required to scrap off the loose paint, whitch I did, prior to painting. The paint that was used in the past did not have primer in it or under it, this is why the paint started pealing again. This customer picked out and purchased cheep low grade paint for me to use. As with the fence, I instauled it properly, their was nothing wrong with it. A fence and gate will warp and sag over time, this is not my problem. I do not go back time after time to maintain or make adjustments. By the way, I told her prior to painting that when I spraythe paint on, the shingles that hange over the edge would be painted. She told me this is fine. The only reason she is complaining is because it hurt her feelings when I told her I dident want to work for her anymore. As stated in my last statement.
