Company is not Sgt. **** of old. Now is ******* or some other third party vendor. The quality of products have diminished drastically and they don't seem to care. Ordered a jacket spent $185.00. It came folded up in a 10x12x3in box. The jacket was a cheap nylon windbreaker like the kind that you fold up and put in your glove box, no liner and the 10in patch on the back wasn't even embroidered, it was a iron patch stitched on because it would have melted the cheap nylon. Could have made it myself with better quality materials off of ****** for $60.00. And then they say don't get bad reviews......all they have to do is look at their own website there's plenty.Sgt. ****.......UNSAT!!!Review from Scott R

************. I ordered weeks ago and never received anything. I contacted customer service and all they had was lame excuses. They are taking peoples money and not shipping out items !!Review from Ray A

I placed an order for roughly $200.00. This is not the first order I have placed with them; however this time the order just shows unfulfilled. I have tried sending emails with no response and calling their number which seems to not work. I have had to resort to disputing with my credit card company as a fraud. I would not make any purchases fromthe company as it is no longer reputable.Review from john t

I ordered about 100 dollars of tshirts. 1 was the wrong one and I attempted to change it. I called and spoke to a gal and she assured me I would get a call back later in the day. Well that didnt happen. I called back , was on hold for ********************************** that the order couldnt be changed. I was promptly hung up on. Yeah. That really happened. I wouldnt buy a bucket from this company. . I am disputing with PayPal and I will NEVER do business with them ever.Review from Mark G

They advertise one day processing for orders, my order was not that big, two shirts and few other small items. I sent email after 3 days and then it was shipped, they never responded to email. I emailed them again after a week and they will not respond back. I ordered a VMAQ-2 patch that they advertised was 4"x4", but received nonstandard size unit patch 2 1/2x3". This was my first order and most likely my last, mainly because they will not respond back. I also noticed they have disconnected the review button on their site, or it mysteriously stopped working.I really thought this was veteran owned company and would get great service.
