This company should be shut down! They destroyed my ten-thousand-dollar couch, my bedroom sets that cost over thousands of dollars as well when being placed into storage. I have no family here so was not able to go into my storage until I could find someone to help me after better scammers moving company had thrown all our stuff around making it hard to get too especial our clothes that I asked them not to take out the house. When seeing they did, I asked them to place at the front of the unit so we could get to it. (We mean my 12&10 yr old) I got several emails wanting me to leave a review, I told them I would not leave a review until I got into storage. When I got there, I call right away, no one never called me back, but it was funny that they always returned my calls and text when they wanted my money. I called several times thereafter and spoke with ****** the manager he claims I had scratches on my furniture. I told him he was lying to send me the pictures, along with why I wasn't never shown before they touched my furniture. The pictures were never sent along with the fake emails he alleged to send me. This went on three times of him blowing smoke up my tale before I was able to reach out to whomever would answer my request for their insurance company, ******* ******, Claims Specialist reached out to me and tried to make it my fault as to why I waited 45 days to reach out, and that the calls are monitored and recorded even after sending pictures of my furniture she said she doesn't know if I had someone do that to my stuff, but offer me 100 good faith. I don't know if she thought she was dealing with a crack head or not but, do unto others as you want done to you, this company will not last!!!!!! I gave them over 900 bucks, and this was the thanks I get for wanting to give this company a chance after buying it out from the other company. Oh, she also told me that I should have never left the movers unattended.

Terrible service. Broke many items . The personal they hire are just incompetent . 100 percent I would not suggest this company you will regret using them . Trust me

On March 25 2024 My daughter and I hired this company to move us from Edmond, OK to Oklahoma City, OK. I was shocked when they called early that morning as they said they would to let us know they were on their way. These guys were GREAT. Very courteous and organized. I have moved many times in my life, usually long distance, so this experience on a local move was so great and helped take some of the stress out of moving. I highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced, and my furniture was not damaged.

Would not recommend they damage your walls, door frames, doors and scratch things when they move your items in your brand new house Use the liftgate and damage the driveway They will not repair or pay for repairs for anything

They dont deserve one star, beware of this company, theyre nice as can be until after you pay them and have damage. Terrible service

March 31, 2023 ******************** $411 quote cost $925 for a 1 BR downstairs apt.to another 1 BR downstairs apt about 6 miles apart. A rating of 2 out of 5 is all this company is worth. Workers were nice, but this was a rip off. 99% was boxed before they arrived (an hour late). Don't use Bigger Better Movers.
