We sold a house to this company in 2022. It was the home of my father after he passed away. It wasn't in terrible shape but they made a fair offer to buy it as-is so we jumped on it. Not sure what some of the negative reviews are talking about but we have ZERO complaints here. They were honest from the start, did what they said they'd do, and were more than accommodating to us. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We even had my attorney vet their contract/company and it was solid. Thanks again guys and if I hear of anyone else wanting to sell a home, you'll be my first call.

They contacted me about buying my house. I met with Tucker ******** and he made an offer that I counted and he agreed. We signed a contract for the property AS IS. They sent a contractor out to inspect it then backed out because the contractor wanted more than what they estimated. That I not my problem. We had a deal!!!!! I have not seen the earnest money yet. Albert,I appreciate you leaving us a review and again we apologize things didn't work out with your house. Having just spoken with you on the phone, I understand fully where you are coming from and the point of your review. Your business with W Properties came at an unusual time. One of the owners oversaw negotiations with you and gave permission to enter into a contract with you to buy your house. That owner, who is no longer part of the company, was not operating in good faith by failing to communicate the terms of the sale and explain the contract to you which led to confusion and ultimately your experience with us. For that we apologize and assure you that with that person removed from the company, further business will not be conducted in the same manner. As of 7/14/22, we have paid you the earned money per the contract we signed but money doesn't make someone whole all the time. I can apologize again but that still might not be enough. If you ever need anything (contractor referral, realtor, question about selling a home yourself, lawn guy, whatever), just call and we'll drop everything to help you. Again, I can't rewind time here but I do apologize we weren't able to buy your house. Out of every 100 homes we buy, there is maybe 1 or 2 that we end up having to back out of. There are things we miss during the initial walk through or title issues that we can't overcome. Unfortunately you were were of those few people. We sincerely apologize and can assure you the root of the issue has been removed from the company. We've made changes to our contracts via our attorney to clear up some terms that were part of the confusion here as well.
