Let me start by saying this place is a total sham. All they care about is money. 1st of all when you go to take a DVI, they call it intake because it doesn't matter what you score you're going to have to take their Batterers Intervention Program. 2nd of all be careful or you will get double charged I actually know somebody that was double charged because they have no competent billing department. The substance of your assessment is a joke, ***************** actually documented diagnosises that I didn't even have and that had to be corrected. It was recommended by ***************** that I do 18 sessions of Co-occurring counseling which I'm pretty sure I did the full **************************************************************************************** links to our zoom meetings. When I called over and over to try to find out what was going on all I got was the run around and promises that someone would contact me back and no one ever did. Finally I got loud with one of the receptionists and next thing I know I am dropped from all of the programs and services after paying all of that money. ***************** is so arrogant yet he can't even remember what was discussed during the previous session. He plays around on his computer during virtual sessions and can't even keep up with the conversation. He has no clue how things are being scheduled or how his office is even been ran. I have him recorded admitting that which I'll probably post on ******** His father did such a better job when he ran the company. Save your time and money and go to Catalyst... they actually care about you there. Also if you're in the batter's intervention program they are obligated by law to contact the victim and let them know and give them progress reports which this place does not do. I believe this by itself is against the law. I will be filing a lawsuit and if anyone else has had a similar experience please feel free to contact me.
