    Really not worth one star. Insurance and I paid for a new slide topper over 1 1/2 years ago and I still dont have it. Ive had the ** up to their repair facility for a longer period than Ive had it for my personal use. Bought it NEW from them! Big mistake on several counts.

    I purchased a new 2600 RB in 2021. The hot water tank has never produced hot water. 3 visits back to dealership, nothing resolved. I had a mobile RV tech come out and repaired it in 30 minutes. I now have hot water. Do not purchase anything from McClains.

    *******************************, at McClain's service, did an excellent job of fixing the gray water hose holder in our Winnebago Roam... while we waited. We discovered the issue on a camping trip after an extensive rewiring of the heat/hot water system due to the factory mistake of hooking it up to the chassis battery instead of the coach battery. Very complicated to make everything right, but the ************ did it. Amazingly good outcome! We thank you guys!

    Very poor service after sale. Purchased Micro Minnie Winnebago and took over 2 months to get all things installed that were included in sale. Did not educate enough about how to use for first time buyer. Jason, service manager, is particularly obnoxious and condescending. Not helpful in a stressful situation. Would not recommend under any situation.

    I WILL NEVER do business with McClains ** again!I bought my new 2023 ************ Fifth Wheel July 28th. It had multiple issues that needed to be repaired. The sales department said we will get these issues resolved as soon as possible. After many and I mean multiple emails, phone calls, and texts my ** wasnt repaired until November 13th. We used the ** one time because it was either at the dealer or waiting to go back. I never received one piece of information from them. All emails, phone calls, and texts were initiated by me. I waited one 3 week time span and no contact. When I did contact them after this 3 week period they hadnt done any work on it. The only way in my mind I finally got them to repair the ** was to show up in person multiple times. They wont answer the phone in the service department. We towed our fifth wheel to the ******* Keys after they said all repairs have been done. One of the repairs was replacing one refrigerator door and the freezer drawer. We noticed that during the trip the items in both compartments werent as cold as they should be. We discovered in transit that the seals were missing on both replaced doors. The ice maker wont make ice because of the missing seals. We have now have $200 in frozen meat that isnt frozen anymore. The bed was broken and they never repaired it. Some of the trim pieces were loose or broken. They repaired these by taking a staple gun to the trim facing. I love the ************ product and unfortunately these people are the only Dealers for it in the state. I will NEVER do business with McClains again! Absolutely the worst experience ever! I paid 6 figures plus for this **.

    Absolute worst service department in the state. Purchased a new RV in March 23; my first *** Sales were great, no complaints there. After the sale is where they turn shady. On my PDI we noticed the Rearview camera and side cameras did not work and it needed a trim piece. No problem, they ordered it and I brought it in for replacement. They 'fixed' the camera. (I had to have them secure the lense on the back camera housing because it was hanging off). During that time the service technician informed me the parking brake cable didn't work correctly and they needed to order a new one. They did the research and had it covered under warranty. It took five months to get the correct assembly. So many excuses of why it wasn't coming in, forgot to order, wrong part, incomplete assembly etc. Every time they said 'we'll call you with updates' never happened. I had to call repeatedly just to see the status. That's all I wanted was a courtesy call because I understand sometimes parts are hard to get. Now, They get the brake cable assembly takes them two weeks to install. I get a call to come pick it up as it's ready. I get my paperwork and go to my rig, it won't start, initially, it barely turned over. I did my walk around before I was ready to get some propane from them and the turn signals, rear running lights, bright lights, A/C, side cameras, windshield washer pump would not work. I told the service desk, and they sent out four technicians to check it. They pulled fuses etc and could not figure out the issue. They said I had to drive to a ************* center as they cannot work on that part of the *** I told them there were NO problems with it when I dropped it off; what happened to it? They denied everything. I took it to the ************* and they said the fuse block was fried out and it's $650 for the part. McClains refuses to admit or pay for repairs. Service Manager at the *** Store confirmed will not be responsible for repair.

    We had an appointment to get our RV checked out - something wrong with power supply needed oil change and some other stuff. We told them we needed it back by Thanksgiving they said no problem. Dropped it off on the scheduled day. A week later they tell us its a **** business day AFTER you drop it off. 10 days goes by no update. We called no one called us back. We called again and no one called us back. Theyve now had our RV A MONTH and cant give us any information on whats been done and what hasnt been done. The guy who handles service desk is rude doesnt return phone calls. And its sad when we call on a Saturday to be told service department is closed but the ***** team knows our RV because its been there so long. Absolutely ridiculous that its been there a MONTH and no one can tell me whats going on with my RV! I want my windshield replaced and mirror fixed as was in my contract and the work I requested to be completed within the next week.
