This vehicle was not what was advertised online. The conversation on this happened via email with John ***. When I went to pick it up, it was dirty, the owner daughter was driving it as her personal car, and the oil needed changed. They handed me a key after much blame on other people and promised to clean and change oil. They did forget to tell me they closed at noon so they were not there when I returned. I am assuming the oil was changed. It was still dirty and on closer look there were a few things missing and broken. We cleaned out the toys and food and left. 10 miles into my drive I found there was an issue with the van. My local dealership fixed it and stated it probably was a factory issue and came that way, so since the daughter drove it from the 6 miles that was advertised online to the 3100 that it was sold to me at, this should have been noticed. I called about the spare tire as I had all the equipment for the tire, but no tire. This went back and forth, starting with John telling me he tried to order the tire, but Dodge stated it was backordered and he couldn't get it. I called Dodge who shared it was not backordered and that no one from any of the Dick Bailey Motor facilities had called on a spare tire. Over the summer John informed me he had ordered it and it would ship to me. This never happened. Over several emails I offered to drive the 4 miles to pick it up. The were closed when I arrived. He continued to state he would ship it from the lot, but never did. I asked why it wasn't drop shipped from Dodge and he acted funny. When asked point blank for an answer as to if the tire was new he stated that it had never been used as a spare. I remined him that we said new and that I couldn't trust an old tire as much as I am on the highway. Spares age! The tire have never arrived. 90% of these conversations happened via email including my concern over the misrepresentation of the mileage.

I bought a 2015 Hyundai Tuscon from **** ****** Motors in Okmulgee, OK. 3 days later fuel pump went out. Had to tow to nearest dealership, and rent a car. (Stranded not in hometown). When we called ****'s they said they would cover the bill, just submit receipts. 1+ month later, still hadn't heard anything. They shredded our receipts, and said they weren't going to help us because of the way my husband talked to them. Went through resubmitted receipts- still balking. So I said please give me new temp plates- John (manager) told me to take a sharpie and just change the day on old temp tags. Talked with Mike today- and he said they aren't going to re-imburse anything because he thinks we are trying to swindle him. He then hung up the phone on me, and won't return my calls. I'm out $1600+ They said the would of worked with us until we said "Lemon Law." That's when they shredded our receipts. It's been 1 lie after another.
