    Date of Transaction: 10/14/2022 I returned the 3 items that were still in brand new condition. Store manager refused to refund the merchandise, with receipt in hand. Receipt states no refund, but they do offer store credit. This is deceptive marketing as you don't get officially informed until after the transaction is complete. Also, the small disclaimer signs were situated in locations that weren't easily viewed. Merchandise was a gift that I chose to not give, and was too expensive to keep. I agreed to have them mail gift card to my home but would still desire a refund. Very bad business with fraudulent business practices.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/25) */ As our policy states- no refunds are given. Store credit or merchandise exchange is our policy within 14 days of purchase. This has been our return policy for 4 years. Signs with this policy are displayed visibly at both registers and the return policy is printed on the bottom of the receipt which he brought back in with the merchandise. A store credit for the full amount has been issued to the customer and is valid for one year. Mr. **** was verbally abusive to our staff at the time and threatened action as witnessed by a variety of customers who actually intervened with to protect my employee. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/10/25) */ *****, stating the truth is neither abusive nor retaliatory. Expressing my dissatisfaction and demanding my money, is also not abusive. It is called being assertive. Never did I curse her, or threaten her safety. My form of retaliation was including mediation to happen by a neutral third party and giving her several chances to make an exception. She didn't and you also don't seem willing, so here we are. It's plain I'm not the only customer who has fell victim to your store's unethical policies, based on what other google reviews for your store demonstrate. The fact is I can go to any other retailer for two books and a cheap jewelry case, and they would have refunded my money no questions asked. Your manager was smug, and the customer who intervened, was herself out of line. Had she given me the same treatment any Owasso retailer would have given me, I would have been out the door and there would have been no need for me to have to speak up to your manager. Regardless, this doesn't involve the other customer, and it's pretty sad you are resorting to her involvement when I never committed any crimes. You all are operating under a deceptive approach. If you wanted everybody to know this policy, you would explain it at time of checkout. That wasn't the case either. I am trying to understand why you have such an asinine policy. Is it because you know your inflated prices would lead many to return their products once they come to their senses about how much they spent? Is it because you have a problem with theft? If that's the case, I didn't steal from you. From my perspective, it feels like you are stealing from me. You have your product back in pristine condition, and I lost $70.00 due to your own personal greed. This doesn't resolve this case and I am still seeking a full cash refund, since I paid in cash.
