            In response to this complaint. The customer chose to cancel the order on 5/16/24 for a custom built building he purchased on 4/25/24. Per the signed contract that I have attached there is a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price should the customer cancel for any reason. Please see the highlighted text on page 3 of the executed contract attached. The purchase price was $16,134.00 and the restocking fee that we should have charged was $3226.80. We will not be refunding down payment of $685.76 as it will be put towards the restocking fee that he owes per his contract.

            We ordered a greenhouse built by Ron's Portable Buildings in Howe, Oklahoma. It was supposed to be delivered on a Friday since we are off on that day but we were forced into a Thursday delivery when we would not be home. It was not centered on our prebuilt pad making it impossible to underpin before winter sets in. They said they won't come out to move it unless they are in our area for another delivery. That could be spring or later, who knows. It only needs to be moved a couple of inches.

            Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/26) */ Our dispatcher called prior to delivery and was told we could deliver on Thursday because their son would be there to take delivery on 8/25/2022. The driver made contact with the son and the son confirmed with his father the location the building was to be set. Once the driver set the building their son text a picture to his father and the father approved the building location. Please see attached for sign off that they accepted the location of the building as satisfactory. Our dealer that sold this building has made several site visits to address any concerns they had after delivery and every time before leaving customer was satisfied with the changes made. Also attached is a picture of the set building. We also gave the ******'s 1 months payment credit on their lease for the issues that they have had.
