            I gave my laptop to the shop to have the fan replaced and have it cleaned, as it was very dirty. I have not been able to contact them since. The phone is out of service. Emails have not been responded to. I left a physical note at the front door. I can't contact them. I want to know if I owe any money, and to get my laptop back.

            Here's Some Facts:
            Mrs ****** brought laptop in end of 2023 for several things to address.

            As phone records would indicate several attempts were made prior to Jan 13, 2024 with questions tech had prior to work being done. Got no return phone calls.

            Because no response from Mrs. ****** was received, And The Computer Hospital was closing its doors after 38 years, her laptop was placed into storage for safety.

            A 4 x 3 sign was placed on door with contact info. Unfortunately phone provider would not allow continuation on forwarded number, so email was only
            contact and that was disruptedfor a while.

            I have received some emails from Mrs. ******...... and I have responded to them
            (a sample of which are attached), but she has not or cannot respond to my responses.

            As Mrs. ****** is my only unresolved business I very much would like to get her laptop back to her. As I have told her in emails:
            There are no charges because no work was done due to no return of tech calls
            As pickup is not an option I need an address Mrs. ****** can receive her laptop at via ups or fedex. This address can be emailed to computerhospital23@gmail.com.
