issues begin 8/25/23. I have to resort to this complaint because I have attempted many times to get this plumbing and cockroach issue resolved. When I first moved in, the bathroom ceiling incident issue took weeks to get it fixed because there was only one maintenance person. We had as storm last week and I told them about the living room ceiling that was also leaking. I even called the emergency maintenance line for help. From my experience with the bathroom plumbing issue, they were not using a professional plumber. It took them almost 2 weeks to figure out the plumbing issue, while there was a big hole in the bathroom. While trying to fix the bathroom ceiling, they had an air filtration in my home for 3 days 24/7, costing a spike in electricity bill. I told them this mess will eventually lead to mold and I have asthma I've told them that before, but they shoved it off like there is no mold possibility. I keep my home clean, but there has been nothing but issue after issue to this apartment. supposedly there is only one (1) person on site working. Ridiculous. when there is water leak involved in this complex, legit plumbing services should be used. they have not made any attempts to check on this issue. I am demanding a legit plumber to get this resolved and stop any future water issues. I am stuck here until 8/2024 and at this point, will not renew if this is how we are treated as tenants, but also afraid of retaliation from the office if I complained, but I cannot live here for the next year and deal with this neglect. I need resolution to the emotional stress and time off work to get this plumbing resolved. Paid rent to be treated like this is not acceptable.

    Hi,

I had to call them again this morning to remind them of the issues, as we had rain today.

They were able to fix my kitchen and bathroom faucets when I came home. The master bathroom faucet does not have water flow like before, but water flows.

The only concern now is hopefully there is no leak in the living room ceiling during this storm.

I hate that I have to complain, but no effort of mine was working. The complex needs to hire another person who can address these plumbing issues quickly instead of having one man to fix, which takes days.

The cockroach pest issue was address, as they sent someone to spray down the kitchen, but I will have to see if there are any in the morning when I turn on the lights.

    Thanks-

    Cali

I trying to get a resolution from this apartment complex since April 1, 2022 Until the present date-concerning maintenance. 1. A screen door on the patio door and all other windows. 2. A refund of my pet deposit at the screen door on the patio hadn't been installed in a timely manner my family pet member would not have gotten out very upset about my Small furry baby. 3. A refund of the monthly amount charged for having a dog on the premises, Remember my dog got out due to not having a patio screen door I don't have a dog. And they would know much is they snoop around. 4. The toilet upstairs and downstairs need to be replaced as I was promised. 5. The vanity in the downstairs bathroom moves out from the wall the mirror is not secure on the wall. 6. The hand railing is not secure and needs to be secured. 7. The rodent issue Jerry and his friends-That's the issue you don't have to worry about I got rid of them and I'm charging you for my services. 8. Weatherstripping around the front door I don't need a maintenance person to tell me what it needs he needs to fix it no excuses of ordering Weatherstripping to go around the door. 9. Exhaust system in the kitchen with the exhaust units in place no filter in exhaust system. 10. readjustment of my rental amount. I shouldn't have to play close to $1200 per month for a two bedroom townhome when it's only worth $800 a month and no one has took a consideration of even fixing these items. I don't wanna have a conversation with anyone I've tried it still no resolution of the basic standard of living I am asking for an all other residents that live. According to your own website the corporation is worth 5 million and assets and I can't even get the basic Corrections needed in this unit I am requesting a refund and these items to be corrected Immediately I have been very patient With this company I wonder how patient this company would be with me if I was behind in my rent

I moved into The Arden Overlook Apartments on Friday. I had to immediately move everything back out due to a roach infestation. It's disgusting & ridiculous. I've had to throw away things of mine & my 3 year old daughter's due to roaches getting into it. They even spray painted over a roach. I went into the office this morning (Monday 6th) to inform them of the issue & get my money back & released from this lease. I refuse to live or have my daughter live here. If one unit is infested, they all are. This was pure negligence. She said she couldn't help me but would tell her property manager (note : she claimed to be the assistant property manager). I asked for the regional managers number & have left a message for her to call me back. I have filed a complaint with the Tulsa County Health Department as well. This has also caused me to miss half a day of work, loss of groceries & paying to move twice in one weekend.

I was offered a lease renewal offer 3/21/2022. I called the office 3/22/2022 and spoke w/ the community manager. I asked before taking a 10 month option do we not have a 12 month option. She advised no. Thats the best option that we have at this time must be signed by Friday 3/25/2022 to be honored. I said ok I will sign. I signed it the following morning by 11:30 am. I recieved confirmation email as well as an email w/ new lease Property Managers signiture (madeline) dated and timed about 30 minutes after me. I called back 3/30 asking why i was emailed another leasing option when i just confirmed signed and dated this optionalong w/ property manager follow up. She state for me to email what I have. So I did. She(community manager) responds they dont have to honor the renewal had expired. I asked when 5 minutes after the signiture of the property manager. She said yes this what she said by email. (In the email you received, the original deadline was 3/25/22. However, it does also indicate that the offers are limited and subject to change and that all signatures must be completed. By the time you signed the lease, the offer had already expired, which made the renewal lease no longer valid. And since you had signed the lease after the offer had expired, Madalyne had to push the signing process through in order to be able to get new offer options for you to renew your lease. That still does not mean the lease would be valid since it was signed after the offer had expired. The 10 month renewal option is not available at this point. I see that you have selected the 13 month renewal period. Your renewal lease would need to be signed and countersigned prior to 6/30/22 for it to be considered finalized. Let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you I asked could I have the number to corporate she stated she didnt have it She googeled a number and gave to me

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/11) */ the complainant was given ample notice and reminders that the offers were limited in number and could change at any time. The limited was reached on 03/21/2022 and she did not sign her lease until 03/23/2022. She was given new offers and has already selected and signed one. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not accept. I spoke w/ the corporate office and they were able to investigate. and give me the lease that i signed. Issue resolved. Both the propery manager and myself signed a lease prior to due date. she stated it expired the day before but signed the lease.
