This company is horrible. They gave me a car with an illegal temp tag. I was stopped by Austin police who ran the tag and confiscated it, forcing me to drive back to DFW with no tag whatsoever. I echo what everyone else has said about the $150 deposit. They continually give me the run-around and have not returned the deposit over a month after I've returned the vehicle. Further, they advertise as doing business at DFW Airport. In actuality, however, they had me meet them at a super sketchy hotel and pick up the car there. The State of Texas needs to step in and investigate this company and their borderline illegal business practices.

If I could choose zero stars I would,company gave me a car with 160k miles on it ,it ran like crap,and to top it off haven't wanted to refund my security deposit of 150.00 and it has been pasted two month of this rental.Never or rarely get a live person on the line to only give an excuse on the refund.Not Recommended what so ever...

This is the worst company to deal with!!! They have not refunded my $150 deposit from my car rental... I called them a few days after returning the. Car and they said it would take 10-15 days to get my refund back because they had to wait for a report from the state of Texas showing if the car went thru any tolls or tickets on the car... I've been waiting almost two months and they still haven't sent me my deposit... I only deal with one person and every time I ask to speak to someone else he tells me there is no one else to talk to... THIS COMPANY IS VERY SHADY!!!!!! I will NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! I used ***** to find a car rental option which went through ******* Bookings. They reserved through Ausby Car Rentals in DFW and I only found out after I reserved.

As others have noted, they are NOT out of the car rental hub at the airport, but instead pick you up from there and drive you to the ****** Hotel in Irving, Texas.

The first car they provided to me had 65k miles and a very very bad shudder in the brakes. Clearly the rotors were warped, but they still put me in it. It had a brake warning light on the dash. I didn't realize the issue for 1/2 a mile, but turned around and drove back.

They then put me in an 10 year old nissan that was very beat up, had an engine warning light on and a nasty interior.

I returned this one AGAIN and the guy said, "hey, it drives doesn't it?" I was rather pissed at all the time wasted dealing with this company. They finally put me in a new(ish) car that had 50k miles, but it was good enough compared to the others.

They also force you to pay a $150 deposit which they keep promising to refund, but they do not. There is absolutely no reason why they would hold the deposit, but they are. The vehicle was returned with a full tank of gas and in exactly the same shape as when I picked it up.

I consider this theft and when I called my CC company to challenge it they basically said it unlikely that they could do anything as the contract allowed the deposit. They can't cancel part of the amount.

This company and it's people are scammers, they buy beat up and junk cars, and do not abide by their contract. I assume they know I won't sue them for $150 that they took so they just did it.

SCUMBAG COMPANY and clearly I HIGHLY recommend avoiding!!!! F-them!

I give this Bogus company a 0 this place needs to be shutdown, I made reservations with ASAP car Rentals this is the website but then I receive and email and pick from Ausby Car Rental, i was confused and the man stated you went through a third party for rental i stated no I didn't but he showed me my reservation so we continued with the rental this bogus placed rented me a 2014 ford fusion on Oct 27,2022 the next day on 10/28/22 it rained the entire day in Dallas I called the company 7 times to inform that car windshield wipers did not work and can't drive cause they don't work and can the vehicle be switch out and each time I was told someone would call me back in 10mins I never got that call and could not go out for the entire day, also the company tried to steal $150 claiming that this was a deposit that I never got back until I involved my bank. the same 2 or 3 men are answering the phone they are rude and unprofessional and hung up on me more then twice when I was calling about my money and now this fake company has block my phone number from calling in about my money, I know they have block my number because I called from my other phone and I spoke with the same guy and he hung up on me again when I told him my name, the vehicle was unsafe it kept making a noise like the door or trunk was open but i believe it was the check engine light but they have discounted the light on the dash so it's not visible but the noise keeps beeping while driving tires was low, car also need struts the car miles when I received the vehicle 100,655 miles please get these people close down they are doing fraudulent business , how are they in business when you go to one website you are getting rentals from a different name and money taking off your card . please look into this fraudulent company and take action this is an horrible experience for an out of town person they are taking advantage of people CLOSED THEM DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
