The worst person to call! This guy is a fraud! Do not use his service at all will lie and steal from you!

Called on a Sunday afternoon, and they were able come out and replace an alternator that evening. **** was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was less expensive than I expected too

Horrible terrible service. First off this is not a company or business it's ran by one man *******************. He has terrible customer service. We paid him to diagnose our car, then paid him to "fix" the problem he says he found. He was supposed to change our timing chain so we paid him for parts and labor $1400 and I had to ask for a receipt several times before getting one. After fixing our car he tells us we can drive our car except we had a flat tire and the car barely would start then sounded horrible while running then idled until shutting off completely. We called him and he had the nerve to say he performs better when he's less fatigued and that he would come back in the morning. Then he comes back and says we have other problems that's why it sounds how it does and won't start. He gives it another diagnostic test and says now it's showing we have a bad crankshaft sensor and that's the problem. My husband gives him $60 more dollars for the part he leaves to get it but takes forever to come back plus ignores our calls and texts. We had to call from other numbers and everything. Then when we finally talk to him we were so frustrated we told him we would get a ride to him and pickup our part or money. So we met up with him to get our part almost two hours later. Yea he is definitely a shady mechanic and I don't recommend any one use him.

At 10:30 am November 21st I called Mobile Mechanic King to fix a charging problem. That afternoon two guys show up and diagnosis a bad alternator. They require payment by cash app or cash. The cash app kicked back the money on a fraud alert, should have been a red flag. I paid them $696.94 cash and was told they had to order the alternator next day air.. They had no business cars, and I noticed latter no physical address. I called four times on the 22nd and was told the alternator was in Oklahoma City. The 23rd was Thanksgiving. I called nine times on the 24th with a variety of responses from Mobile Mechanic King. Saturday the 26th I sort of realized I'd been scammed. I checked the local Freightliner dealer and they had two alternators in stock for under $300. Again several calls to Mobile Mechanic Kings. Sunday the 27th I called and got someone that didn't hang up on me. I told them we couldn't wait any longer and gave them our home address to ship the alternator to. Also requested a tracking number. December 1st I called and was told the alternator had arrived and been shipped. To this date I have never received a phone call, a tracking number nor the $596 part. Unfortunately I checked the local better business bureau after the fact and found this was a common practice of this organization. Fortunately I was able to get home with my wife, daughter and three granddaughters and their BMX race bikes. Normally I would just eat the theft and go on with life, but I realize that this is a crime being repeat ably committed by this group. Thanks for your attention, the girls want to participate in the races again next year. I also consider this senior abuse of a 74 year old war veteran.

They do good work, but they have poor customer service. I was told I was gonna receive a refund a month ago and never got it. I pay him to do some other work seems like a great company but this particular day I pay to have a starter replaced. He took his daughter out send it started that I did purchase was not the same one that I needed so he put my starter back into my car and told me when I get a new starter. He will come fix it for free because I already paid him and left a great review on Google but I never got a new starter, someone else fixed my car for me for free. I didn’t have to buy a starter so I called him and ask him for a refund or is there anyway I can receive some of my money back they told me that I can receive a full refund and that was over a month ago.
