Bank of Oklahoma the first thing I let go back on 8/6/21 for a withdraw of $1,389.94 from account XXXXXXXXX to correct a debt that was my ex husband's to bank of oklahoma. I went in to open an account they told me no to call a debt collector because I owed money. I called they had no record of me being on the account. I went back in a week later and they said the debt was cleared or they wouldn't have let me open the account. On 8/6 they withdrew the funds with no notification after both companies told me they did not have my name on debt owed. I let it go. Now I have another problem because they did not close an old account. I deposited a check to **** on 4/4/22 from a ****** settlement. Following day on 4/5/22 I went into Jenks branch to close the account ending in **** & open account XXXXXXXXX. I transferred $1,939 to this account and closed account ending in ***** I signed papers to open the new and close the old. The old account has not been showing on my banking app till today 6/3/22 it showed my paycheck from *********** deposited but also fixed debt I had no idea about, because the account was supposed to be closed! & then I had to fix the debt on the new account **** that I was aware of. Because I have been in the middle of snowballing with bills because of the first initial withdraw BOK did to take care of my ex husband's debt back in August of 2021. They have record of me trying to find out what was going on we were at the broken arrow branch for over 2 hours to figure things out & they still refused to refund the$1,389.94 even though it was not my debt.& now I have other fees that should of never went through on account ending in **** because it was a closed account. I am entitles to $1,623.94. Anything posted on account after 4/15/22 I was aware of & even okayed with BOK.

During the year 2020, my family and I were greatly impacted by the Covid pandemic. We made arrangements with Bank of Oklahoma to put our mortgage into a forbearance status. At the end of the forbearance period (November 2021), we had over $4k still due in order to bring our account current and were unable to come up with that amount of money. After speaking with BOK loss mitgation, we signed a partial mortgage claim contract on November 30,2021. This contract stated that the remaining amount would be added onto the end of our mortgage loan. As of the statement I received in February, our account still shows a past due balance of $9k, so they have not processed our paperwork in order to re-instate our account as current; I have made payments every month since the agreement was put into place, as instructed, by BOK and have confirmation numbers and bank statements to prove that. I called yesterday to find out the status of our account and BOK states that it is still being processed and there's nothing I can do to speed up the process. It has now been 100 days since the paperwork was signed and they still haven't processed it. I found out today that BOK has reported to the credit bureau's that we are 6 months delinquent on our account and in result has dropped my credit score over 100 points. So I called BOK loss mitigation back again today and they verified that our account is current and they would forward my concerns on to their credit department. I would love some assistance with this matter as I have tried to escalate my concerns with BOK directly and have no way of holding them accountable with resolving our account. The delinquency notification to the credit bureau is a mistake and they have acknowledged that and I need it resolved IMMEDIATELY.
