- Additional Info:Better Business Bureau serving Eastern Oklahoma (BBB) received two complaints against this business within a month of each other alleging serious matters. One of the complaints alleged that the business owner requested to borrow money, as in a personal loan, from an elderly consumer, which BBB considers an unacceptable business practice. Subsequently, when the business responded to BBB and promised to pay the loan back in full, the business failed to follow through. The second complaint included allegations that an elderly consumer paid a large sum upfront as a "deposit" towards work that was contracted. The business failed to provide the services as agreed. During the facilitation of the BBB complaint, the business returned a portion of the deposit, but over $2,000 of the deposit was not paid back. Both complaints remain unresolved.
Upon further investigation, BBB discovered that the business owner, Nolan Pocrnich, is on parole for crimes committed in the state of Missouri. BBB gathered information from the Missouri Department of Corrections and ascertained that Pocrnich was sentenced to 15 years for stealing. BBB contacted his parole officer and confirmed that they are aware that Pocrnich is now in the state of Oklahoma and doing business here.
