    I am writing in regards to a bill for date of service 2-7-2024 for $180. This boot was brought to me at ****** Clinic urgent care and I asked if this was covered on my insurance or if I would have to pay out of pocket. The man said it was covered at no cost on my insurance. I have received a bill for $180.95, I called my insurance and it was not covered but there was a plan discount. My insurance was billed $323.12 and paid $142 to you. And now you are asking for $180 to be paid by me. I am willing to pay for the boot but not at this completely inflated price given when I asked specifically if it was no cost at the urgent care. I will be happy to pay within the price ranges listed below as they go up to $85 and as low as $16 when searching. I do believe your staff needs to tell people the exact price they will be paying in the ** or urgent care settings as this is more of a predatory business practice. I have *** accommodations and would never had know otherwise as I have never had a foot injury claim with my insurance. Or I will be happy to return the used boot. I have called 4 times in 2 months to try and speak with someone from your company and no one has returned my calls. I called the local number and spoke to someone that orders equipment, but she said there was no way to get a live person from billing on the phone. She said anything you buy from us is overpriced medical equipment just like at the hospital Tylenol is $500 a pill.The bill is now past due and I do not want it going to collections. Please have someone return my call in 48 hours.Ref ******

    Thank you for the feedback. The nuances of trying to bill insurances for orthotics is frustrating for us as well. Staff who dispense those to patients at the ** and other departments do not have the knowledge to discuss the billing in detail with patients. Please expect a telephone from a representative in our business office who will alleviate your concern with more reasonable pricing. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.

    My doctor ordered a roleater ****** and when I picked it up I was never told it was a rent to own. I signed for receipt of it and received a signed copy of a. Contact in the mail.When I called them they told me then it was rent to own.Shady business practices

    I wish i could give 0 stars for the rep. I've had a cpap for about 7 years, cpap is not functioning properly, called my doctor and they called in an order. 3 months later All Saints called and said they have some available for insurance but 3 months prior they tried to get me to purchase one in full. Rep called and said my insurance will not pay for any of the $1600 machine. So wanted me to pay $500 upfront and $80 per month. I asked her did she run my insurance and she said she will cancel my order and hung up! **** poor customer. Service rep from All Saints Medical. This should be against the law to treat people this way and I still don't have a machine.
