On 9/22/2024 I reserved a room for 8 days and proceeded to pay the extra fees to check in early. The room that I was given was absolutely disgusting and smelt like pee. When the front desk representative came upstairs to confirm my complaint she agreed it definitely was a over powering pee smell. I was told there was no rooms currently but housingkeeping would be in at 9am and until then keep the door open to air it out. At around 9:45am no housekeeper and I couldn't tolerate the smell any longer so I asked again of I could be switched to which she replied sorry yes we have rooms available to move you too but can't without the GMs approval and again she was unsure when that would be so I could have been stuck with that room for several more hours. I've chosen not to stay there the 8 nights as its impossible to be in that room for more than 10 minutes and this business is refusing to refund my money.

I'm a traveler from Wichita, ks who travels to Oklahoma City quite often. I tend to stick with OYO hotels, and I've never had any complaints about them until I came to Tulsa Oklahoma. I woke up to a bed bug in my bed, and a roach in my bathtub (that wasn't even cleaned) and a dead bug on my bathroom floor. The bed bug started off by my pillow, and ended up at the bottom left corner of the bed. (As shown in pics, Must be where it's colony is at) I didn't bother to look bc I wanted to get out asap. I asked for my money back and the hotel clerk said I'd have to wait for maintenance to come inspect and confirm that the issues were occurring, even though I took and have pictures myself. This was a horrible and disgusting experience, these type of bugs multiply like crazy and I would hate to bring them back to Wichita where my son lays his head at. This hotel needs to be inspected thoroughly and/or shut down.
